    Wow… I am deeply touched ❤ I’ll bake this cake for a good friend’s birthday. And as someone else also said this is my new kind of meditation. I never saw something like your recipe videos before. It’s reminding me of a time when we had time… Thank you for all your effort, for being you, for presenting so beautifully.

    Hello S’meee again…I’m gobsmacked how easy you make everything!
    We can hardly wait to make this…just need those ‘dark chocolate chips!’
    It might be for the better though!! 😅

      Hi Kathryn! I love simple and easy recipes (healthy of course💓) so always try to keep it simple process:) You can use any chocolate if you have at home but dark ones work best 🫶 The baked crusts are so good too! Hope you love it 🥰

    Could I just ask if I make most of your 6”cake tin recipes in 8” cake tin, is there any way you can suggest to convert the ingredients..?

    • @LowKeyTable
      @LowKeyTable  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Miyuki! Thanks for your kind words. So glad to hear :) We will try to keep up!
      You can x1.5 ish the batch to make it with 8" (this is what I usually do).
      To be more precise, it is actually x1.78 according to this useful website: www.cookipedia.co.uk/recipes_wiki/Cake_tin_conversion_charts

    Can I use coconut milk instead?

  • @Oaneznka
    @Oaneznka 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    I have a question about the coconut cream you are using in the video. When I buy coconut cream in a cann is thick. What I see in the video looks like coconut milk.. I am a bit confused

    • @LowKeyTable
      @LowKeyTable  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I’m even showing the packaging that clearly says coconut cream. It varies from the brands.

      @@LowKeyTable Look I live in a small Island with probably different and less brands from your country, I don't know where are you from or what kind of brands you have. I was just confused cz what you are using looks like coconut milk not cream, even though it says coconut cream it does not look like cream and I was wondering that if I will use the one that I buy, it will give me the same result... Be kind

    How do i alter the ingredients for a 10in tin as dont have a 6in tin. Looking forward to trying it as looks lovely

    • @LowKeyTable
      @LowKeyTable  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Precisely 10 inch pan needs 2.78x more ingredients (www.omnicalculator.com/food/cake-pans), so you can do either triple or 2.5x. Just the height of the filling will be slightly different. Hope that helps and you enjoy the cake :)

    It looked great, but it's NOT a chocolate mousse. At best, it's a chocolate gamache cake. A mousse is light and airy. I love the idea of using coconut cream because it would have that silky texture/ mouth feel. But it's just not a mousse in the true sense of the word.
