I heard today that everytime u uninstall and reinstall design space that u should calibrate your machine, have u heard that, it seems evertime they do an update for design space has problems,ty yes cricut service is very helpfull.
Hello, I loved the video, but it was nothing that I need at the moment. Thank you for the share. My machine...Cricut Explorer Air 2 cuts further down than it is suppose to.
In the setup process it won't let me finish the whole process I'm stuck at maker connected. I try to press the green button to continue and nothing is happening. Help it's inside of Cricut design space. It doesn't let me press continue so that I can do a test cutting

Hi I’m having trouble with print and cut. I calibrated multiple times and it still leaves that extra white space you mentioned. I’m not sure how to fix it, could you help?

Subject: Housing
As a new customer using the Cricut Maker it would be nice if the name was placed on the side of the tool you’re using. I’m having to read the label on the package to identify the tool I’m having to use. I realize overtime as I keep using the tools they will become more familiar. The pens are not a problem right now but when you’re using different tools to place in the housing, etc their identified by number. Other than that great tips!

My mat stopped feeding. Any mat. It wouldn't even move or make a noise or anything. Cricut says they are sending me a new one, but I was wondering if you'd ever heard of that. I'm lucky it's still under warranty because it's only a month or two old. Is there a way to fix it?
Mine isn't connecting to my computer, bother cable and wifi. I've tried on two computers with different cords and it comes up with "Power Cycle your machine (-45, 85). I've turned everything off then back on. Removed the program and re-installed. The damn blade has cut right through my brand new mat :( I'll have to call them Monday but I was hoping to print some signs for work on Monday. I've watched every video on here and done what they said but no luck. Can anyone help?
I am new to my circuit air2. I was trying to make thank you cards on the card mat. I selected the correct size card, but the cuts were off the card. It cut right into my new mat. Any ideas? Then as I tried other images, it wouldn’t get me to the load stage. I ruined 3 cards, then nothing worked. Very frustrating when materials are so expensive.
My cricut Air 2 when I use bonded fabric it rips the fabric from the bonding

My Cricut Maker is just 1 year old and stopped working. The carriage starts then goes and parks itself and will not work. Techs at Cricut tried to help to no avail. 7 days out of warranty and Cricut says it iz broken, cannot fix and will not replace. Crappy company!
Me too. A few months out of warranty. Deciding if I will have them send it back to me or dispose of it. I hope to find an answer for my issue before I decide.

Anyone had problems with the function buttons? I used mine one day , didn’t use my circuit for a few weeks due to personal issues. Then went to use it and the function buttons don’t light up , my circuit still works because I have used it and made T.shirts. It’s just frustrating not having the lights work . Out of warranty.

My maker prints and cuts fine after calibration. The problem is it cuts higher than shows on design space. So I have to lower design about an inch lower than on mat. Any help? Maybe if I reinstall design space. Would I lose my projects? Cricut support has not solved it yet.
I’m having a similar issue except mine is shifted to the left by centimeters. Did you ever solve your issue?
@@fatimahsweilem1014 no I just have to move everything to the bottom of mat on design space and then raise paper or vinyl about a half inch from the bottom.

How does one calibrate their machine
I've gone through this video. Updated firmware, connected to bluetooth. Design space won't connect through bluetooth.
Mine won’t either! I have just settled for using the USB cord. But I am having a problem with my cuts so while I contact Cricut support I am going to ask about the bluetooth issue!

Omg I’m having the same issue. Brand new circuit explore 3. Mat length errors as well as not enough material issues. Sold my Cricut expression and Cricut air explore 2 which both machines cut beautifully. I’m so mad. Spent hours and hours trying to fix it. I’ve spent hours on the phone with Cricut. I have no faith in the newer machines with sensors. Sending mine back and getting another Cricut air explore 2.

Hit the 3 lines in the left side of the screen, in the drop-down select calibration, then follow the on screen directions

Were you able to fix it? I have the similar problem, power button blinking when it suppose to cut.
