I'm currently thinking that Lilia either is operating on instructions from "The-Lilia-Still-To-Come" or she cast the sigil on William, not to protect him, but to forget him. She saw the death of this bright, young boy and just used the quickest way to remove him from the memories and minds of all witches. She just didn't want one more terrible fate haunting her dreams. Unfortunately, after Billy "died" from the hex dissolving, he woke up in the body of William, and because of the sigil, he couldn't remember HIMSELF. The poor kid... both of him
The twist mid-season of WandaVision was Quicksilver Evan Peters, which then turned out to be Ralph Bohner. So this follows that pattern in that last episode we got the Billy reveal at the end, and then this episode kind of mimics the flashback we got of Monica and what happened to her post blip. It’s like a here’s what’s happening in the real world outside of the hex/Road sort of thing. I’m guessing the true flashback episode like Wanda’s flashbacks will cover Agatha’s backstory re: how she got the Darkhold and what happened to Nicky. But other than that, there are still A LOT of questions about how this ends, which is amazing!
I also think she saw that he'll be reincarnated as Billy and wanted to protect him from Agatha. Too bad that she didn't see Wanda wreaking havoc on the multiverse bc of it tho lmao
In episode 1 I was like “dang Agatha is tough” when she kicked him so hard then saw this episode and in reality she barely hurt Billy with her kick 😂 Loved the contrast between her seeing herself as a badass cop when everyone else just sees this weird lady
When Lilia saw his future he was wearing diffent clothes in the crystal ball, i think those were the ones he was wearing when gatherin the coven, i still dont now how much she can see/know with her visions, but im sure she put the sigil because she recognised that was a Maximoff and didnt wat Agatha taking his power
Imaginary dog? Sparky's not imaginary at all, since it was a magical construct along with Vision and the twins. Although, we haven't seen how Wanda willed the dog into existence. And given it was revealed that the twins really have souls, it just fortifies the truth that Wanda can create life, real and not fake. Though, it is through magical means.
Agatha All Along is a better tv show and helps answering many plot lines from WandaVision and MoM but WandaVision was the first one so it was a surprise back then about the hex she created so it's well-loved as well.
She only acts this way towards him bc he has stopped believing in her and shunned her. So she her walls go back up and she’s playing into her other side again. But you know from all we’ve seen of her this season that she isn’t truly evil.
In wandavision the twist with Agatha and Wanda flashback was episode 8, so Billy is not the real plot twist still coming. I know some spoilers but I'm not gonnal tell you guys of course. But Billy is not the biggest twist he still a secondary character

Wandavision was great, for a Marvel product but it is black and white compared to Agatha All Along imho. it's really so good that i'm concerned for the next and final chapter of the Wanda trilogy [before the movie] and how they could possibly match AAA, or outdo it.

Billy Kaplin is a “good egg” bc he’s a shell for Wiccan. Which is why she sigils him. That way no witch can harm him.
