I read somewhere that the sigil hid his identity so well that Wanda couldn't see/feel his existence. Which is why she then did what she did I Multiverse of madness looking for her kids in other universes.
Wanda's is rumored to be a major player in the next 2 Avengers movies. There is another sequel series to WandaVision & Agatha called VisionQuest. It starts shooting next year. That's most likely going to introduce Tommy.
They're doing the Childrens Crusade comic storyline. Wiccan and Speed together want to resurrect their mother, but they eventually find her in Latveria with Doctor Doom having all her memories gone. When they return she does a few things to test and see if they are her children before we get the emotional reunion scene
I love how this was like episode 4 of WandaVision - the episode that breaks away from the previous narrative and illuminates the story from another perspective. It was also episode 6 in WandaVision that featured Evan Peters!
One thing I think a lot of ppl overlooked was the scene of him talking about the accident with his boyf. He's talking about his death in the hex when Wanda closed her spell at the end of wandavision. Because in wandavision it was night when Billy M died. And Billy K died in the day. So he only remembered that part and nothing before that.
Don't know where that hot take came from that Wanda had anything to do with this. All she knew was that her sons existed somewhere in the Multiverse. Billy and Tommy's spirits were totally separate from whatever her hex was doing in Westview.
So lilia is the reason for multiverse of madness since she placed fhe sigil on him trying to protect william but instead concealing billy from wanda and hiding him until now
Its not lilia, she not have control of that, i think there is something more of her story and why she have some kind of/something/someone controling her. Because she not remember what she did. Hope we get the answer.

He was sent into the body of a juvie kid who is being experimented on in an underground government facility. I imagine it will be like the comics and MCU tied together by... Thomas Shephard uses his powers to accidentally make the entire school melt into nothing. 3 years later. He's screaming from the experiments
After 9 auditions you think he's going to leave? Wiccan is literally called a "skinny twink" in the comics so he doesn't need to be buff so that's no reason to recast a character that they doesn't 9 auditions casting

The Sigil was to protect Billy from all witches. So his mom wouldn't be able to detect him either. Plus she was under the Darkhold's influence.
