Hi, I've tried everything 😢, like your instructions and other tutorial which can be found on internet but Still I couldn't fixed the problem, I couldn't remember but after trying out one of your process the whole keyboard stop working beforehand only some fees keys are not working. I've even reset and install Windows 10 because my PC can't be reset. My PC is Lenovo IdeaPad 310
Sorry to hear that... If you have external keyboard,try to use it to see if the problem is from the pc itself or the keyboard. i recommend also to try Driver Easy to update your keyboard,that's why it stopped working i guess.(use virtual keyboard to do this process)
Hey brother, did you find any solution? This just happened to me yesterday some keys weren’t working and I did what the video said, and whole keyboard stopped working
@@beans9209 I changed the password and it worked. I could not put in letters only numbers so it said to enter some letters and it allowed me then to enter letters and it worked. It is the weirdest thing i ever came across
