Long Bow Deer Hunting | Hunting with my 5 Year Old

In todays video I take my daughter Alane out on her first bow hunting excursion. I am using my long bow made by John Tussing for the first time.

That was awesome for a couple diff reason, one you had your daughter with you and got a doe. The other reason, you actually meat hunt I've been watching a bunch of TH-cam videos where all they record is buck hunts. I'm all for big bucks but ya can't eat the horns as my dad always told me.Great job!

So awesome man. My daughter has been hunting with me since she was 5 as well. She’s harvested 3 of her own and this year going after her first with a compound bow! I love keeping the kids in the woods to carry in the hunting tradition.
