get a saab turbo from a junkyard and turbo the miata. they are painfully slow naturally aspirated. check out junkyardturbomiata channel on TH-cam! he did it for under $300

just a little tip: @4:44 I would've put a zip tie on that lower cap, just to be shure it won't come off when hot cooling liquid will be pumped into it
