I just installed this kit on my 2019 CB500X, these instructions are very clear and easy to follow but the bike will feel like it’s about to tip over after installing this kit. I lowered the front end to match the rear and now it sits the way it should.
Hello! I have also a CB500X 2019 model. So, it seems this method does match my model does it? 4 cm should be perfect for me. (I am 174 cm) How many cm lowered on the front? Have you experienced any negative point?
I would say this kit would help. But have her sit on the bike with her tiptoes on the ground. Stand behind her, grab the passenger rails, and put enough weight on them to compress the rear shock and lower the seat about 1.5". If she feels stable, then this kit will help her.
We have not tried it with the center stand. Honda apparently does not offer it as an accessory for 2019-Later models (yet), but this video shows it being done: th-cam.com/video/QJI0U8bmza4/w-d-xo.html

Hi can i use side stand for cb500x 2015 to my cb500x 2021? I have already used lowering kit for my bike.
My wife is 5'2" and can't stand with both feet on the ground when we tested a CB500X out. Would this help her or is she just too short for this bike?
