I don't know much about planes but I'm pretty sure there's no way that Murci woulda been keeping up with a jet like that, didn't even sound like Statham had the throttle wide open
In real life most of the super cars (like the Lamborghinis) can beat any Aircraft taking off on a runway.( including some of the fighter jets.) When it's in the air it's impossible to beat it.
A 737 size airliner takes off/lands at 250 kph - 150 mph. Considering a lambo can do 350 (kph) it can actually catch up quite easily if it has enough lead time to get to that speed.
