They didn't have the comfort of ordering food online, or eat as often as we do, or use applicances to do daily chores, or have junk and processed foods like we do. Also the food we eat now lack nutrients as the soil has depleted from nutrients. 3. Anyone can eat biryani and still be healthy, condition that it is cooked in a proper way which even explained in detail to you won't understand as you don't know about macros.
