It’s for 4 persons Alan. The egg chunks come out well when you do for more number of eggs.
Try with 4 eggs then and don’t use a big pan or else the pieces will become a bit flattish 😊

@@robbo1415 you can add finely chopped cilantro instead of parsley but garam masala instead of Italian seasoning is a big no-no. You can sub with dried oregano or dried mixed herbs 😊
