I have been putting a lot of your advice into practice and I have good news and bad news, the good news is that I have been pulling harder (by using shoulder and hip separation etc) and the bad news is that my shoulder hurts a bit. what do you recommend me to do?

As a 14 year old 120 IB’s am throwing high 60’s no lower then 67 and low 70’s no higher then 75 this video will help a lot soon when I start to get on the form maybe it can get me up to low 80’s

@@brentpourciau I have a question. I am a high school senior sitting 82-83. My coach has pointed out that I lean back pretty far in my delivery. Is leaning back necessarily a bad thing? Do you think it prevents me from getting the most out of my lower body?
Kiefer Lord shows an unstable foundation (core). Tightening that would create more torsional stress and in return most likely add a few mph to your velo. I’d work on a stronger core and back.
