As an owner of both cases I have to admit, the Benks is the winner this year. Pitaka needs to step their button game up. Now when it comes to visuals the Pitaka is a winner imo. The sides alone look and feel better than the Benks but as far as price point…get the Benks 😂. Dope review bro🔥

This case was one of the earliest released cases and I bought this case right before I picked up my 14 pro. However, I have purchased Pitaka magez pro once again this year because there were some things that I didnt quite like with Benks. First this case is extremely smooth. Not just the texture, but how this case is smoothly rounded on the corners (the corners from side rails connecting to the back of the phone) makes the phone to feel smaller, compared to other cases. But it is very slippery. I had to get myself a sheet of dragon strips and stick in on the sides to make the handling better, which I prefer not to. Also, the button feel is excellent, but the metal buttons do rattle. Not a crazy loud rattle, but you can definitely hear it picking up the phone everyday. I think my hands are kinda on the dry side, but one handed use on Benks was somewhat challenging. I dont know what it is (it might be the type of coating on top of these aramid fiber), but pitaka magez pro gives me slight more confidence holding with one hand. Now the impact bumpers (4 corners) on Pitaka magez pro is also larger, so it may offer more protection but it does make the phone feel a bit bigger. Not many people may care about my opinion but if you have dry hands, go with pitaka, or pass on aramid fiber cases in general.
I had this case for my 14 pro and honestly I couldn’t stand the small screen lip almost zero 😢 and the finger print magnet. Other the. That. The buttons where the best part.😊. Thanx for ur reviews tho keep it up.
I would say Rebel Gen 4 is King, MagEz Case Pro 3 is 2nd, cause the Aramid Fiber wraps halfway around the case and the feel. Benks 3rd cause of the feel
The case feels amazing but I just took my phone out and the volume buttons have scratched my phone. I am really disappointed because the buttons aren't even snug with the phone and are really wobbly and loud when you shake the phone. My new 14 pro now has scratches thanks to something that is supposed to protect it.
Iv got the pitaka pro and this benks one as just arrived took 5 days to come from Amazon for 35 pound and pitaka 75 pound return it the benks case is so much better people saying it’s slippery iam having no such problem you could by 2 benks cases for the same price I have kept the fusion weaving 600d thow for when I go out for dinner top review bro

Dang it TEE, I had to order this one now too. I just got my Pitaka and so far so good, but the fingerprints and the volume buttons are bad on this case. Overall it's still the best case I've tried out of 10 or so, but I'll see how this benks feels.

The buttons look slick on the Benks, but they rattle like crazy on mine. The aramid fiber feels great on the Benks and the fit is excellent. Man if Pitaka could've just gotten the buttons right it would be a 10/10 for me.
Great case although I wish they’d kept the Kevlar going all the way around the cameras with just cutouts for the lenses (like on the 13 Pro version). Having said that, looks like they made improvements in a few other ways.

I original got the Pataka magEZ pro case and I loved it ever since I got it! The build and quality is amazing great! I ordered the bunks case, don’t get me wrong it was good but it’s not as tight or fitted as the pataka case. Over all I would pick the pataka over the binks case any day
How strong is the oleophobic coating over the kevlar back side? is it degrading (gets sticky) or scratching over time? Is it the same as soft touch coating?

Benks customer service is horrendous. I ordered this case, along with a few other cases they sell, for my 14 Pro. The Aramid case doesn't fit correctly. It doesn't hug the phone on the sides and you can see the metal shining through. I'm sure I just got a defective unit, but reached out to customer service and they are trying to get me to cover return shipping to china even though their website says they cover return shipping in the case of defects. I provided a video as proof and they offered me a $10 gift card... 😒 Even though the other cases I got are pretty awesome, I don't think I'll be buying from them again.
I’m trying to do a direct return as well and I’m a little concerned with return policy! I was very disappointed in the case. The top edge wasn’t even fully covered! Sheath is better and $30 cheaper.
While I love how tactile the buttons are I hate how they wiggle around. I’m constantly picking at them. I’m looking for something with the same feeling buttons, but without the wiggle. Does something like the new rhinoshield solidsuit have the same tactility, but without the wiggle?

As far as I know, Glass Warrior isn’t the most case friendly option, but for me top notch screen protector > case Also bro, is Glass Warrior screen protector compatible with Caudabe Sheath case ? Cuz I feel like to get one, but I’m afraid it might interfere with Benks Glass Warrior, since this screen protector covers 99% of the screen
Buttons aren’t loose to the point where it’s annoying like others out there and the grip is hot or miss. Sometimes I feel it has grip and other times it’s slippery. Overall even with both of those I still feel it’s one of the best. Not letting it off easy at all.

Yeah that’s the one thing that I do like about the Pitaka, it feels better in hand with the squared off edges and the Benks is smoother.

Yeah the screen lip can be a little bigger but I think it will still be fine if you did drop it.

Honestly buttons that wiggle annoy me so much but these don’t bother me. Rhinoshield is the king for buttons that you can swap and doesn’t move.

Pitaka needs to step up a lot. The cases seem rushed. Speaker cut outs off center, buttons horrible etc. $70 no excuses
