Idky air drying doesn't work for me. I'll get the Cream of Nature Argan leave in conditioner and see if I get better results but I've used very high quality products in the past. My hair dries sort of brittle when I don't sit under a dryer. Thankfully though, I don't have heat damage and my hair is very bouncy. I do go to the salon on a regular basis so that helps a lot.

I am newly relaxed (tmrw will be one week) and I thought relaxed gals blow dry on hot air then flat iron but that seemed too heat intensive. I'm happy to learn that blow drying can be done on cool air and still have great results. I'm gonna try getting these products

This really does work. Every since I started air drying with the scarf method or blow drying on cool, I've gotten the same results as you. Back when I didn't know what I was doing, it would draw up shorter than it was and was frizzy 🤦🏾‍♀. Your hair looks good and healthy.

I happen to be natural but what you implement also works for me.
I love the 3P oils, deep conditioner, cowash. I will never forget when you said no matter if you are relaxed or natural you must constantly care for your hair. Patience and dedication is key.
I am now at armpit length. My Goal is bra stap length in 2021.
Never ever be lazy with hair care.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! This technique has been hair and life changing for me. I began letting my hair air dry on its' own and it looked fine but I developed huges amounts of dandruff. My hair was taking about 3 to 4 hours to dry and I hadn't thought about the effects that would occur because my scalp was wet/damp for so long. I used this method to air dry/blow dry and my scalp health quickly improved! You are AMAZING!

Hi! Great video! Thank you for sharing! I learned a lot. Is the oil that you put on your hair before blow drying what you use as your heat protectant? I always mess up with the blow drying process. I am trying to figure out if I need to use a leave conditioner if I am using a heat protectant. If I am using a heat protectant, should that serve as my leave in conditioner?
Wash days for me are a mess. 😂😂 I clearly appreciate your video.

Thanks for this video! I was airdrying for about 7 months and I followed your technique and may hair would be Smooth but I suffered a LOT of breakage. I think I know why now and it's because I wasn't speeding up's to drying process by cool drying. The water was swelling my cuticles. My hair felt amazing during the week but on wash days it was breaking. Now I know how to resolve the issue. Thank you so much!

The only way I can get straight hair is letting it dry in a bun or with heat. Air drying or cool dryer makes it wavy. 🤷‍♀️

If you’re Texlaxed it will be a bit challenging. How long does it take you to dry your hair in a bun?!

@@HairliciousInc I’m relaxed. It takes about 2-3 days to dry in a bun.

I’m shocked it gets wavy even with a blow dryer on cool air 🤔 ...smoothing is key though. Does the bun create a crease?

@@HairliciousInc yes it creates a crease. Once it’s dry I use satin rod rollers and that takes the crease out. My guess is that if I used a paddle brush and cool air it would dry straight. Too much work for me!!
