Lego Technic John Deere 8RX 410 with mower combination! - A

This video shows my latest Lego Technic MOC, the Lego Technic John Deere 8RX 410 with mower combination and it´s features.
It is an alternate build of the LEgo Technic #42131 Cat D11 Bulldozer and consists of 3246 parts. This means that everything you need to build it yourself is the 42131 Set by Lego and my instructions.
The model uses all 4 motors and the hub of the 42131 set. The two large angular motors operate the 4-track-drive and the steering of the front tracks, the two large motors operate and shift the multifunctional gearbox that powers all additional functions of the tractor and mowers.
The tractor features a front and a rear main PTO, a rear secondary PTO, and a front and rear lifting mechanism for the implements. When the two mowers are attached to the tractor, they can be lifted by the lifting mechanisms, the mowing mechanisms (oscillating cutter bars) ban be mowed and the wings of the rear mower can be unfolded. All by the motors in the tractor selected through the multifunctional gearbox.
After your purchase you will be able to download the high quality building instructions with building steps, renders, explainations and fotos as pfd-file as well as the instructions on how to set up the app Brickcontroller 2 and Powered Up to be able to controll the finished model. A third way of controlling the model is also included: Pybricks. It is an alternate firmware for Powered Up hubs running a Python based code that lets you control the model just with the Lego train remote. No smartphone needed!

Awesome stuff! The large angular motor must be pretty beefy to be able to lift the entire weight of the vehicle... :O

Yes it ist. But in this case the large angular motors are used for driving and Steuerung, so the large motors do all the additional functions😉
