On this channel we like to do a lot of dogfighting most videos are some sort of dogfight between 2 different aircraft as we explore their different capabilities. From time to time I like to dabble in Virtual Reality, I think VR is a great new technology and I love to show that stuff off for the channel from time to time.

Regarding the Archer, it depends on wich version you are using. The latest ones should also do the fancy loops that other modern HOBS missiles can do.
Lets also remember that differential thrust wasn’t ever used by mig-29 pilots
It will be really interesting to see these fights when the full fidelity fulcrum comes out

As always, everywhere, it mostly depends on 1 pilot skill/experience 2 equipment tolerances/features and 3 tactics/training. period.
Really enjoyed those high aspect, slow fights. Some of the most interesting fights I've seen. 👍

Based on the comments from some western Fighter Pilots when doing exercises against Indian Mig-29 Pilots the Mig is formidable but also the Indians are typically much better trained than a lot of the other countries that operate the mig-29

11:33 the perfect example of this is the german mig-29 pilots, they had a LOT of flight hours on the plane and when they demonstrated their skills they were able to easily beat veteran f-15 and f-16 pilots, which consequently made the american pilots better at the fighting the mig 29 and that's why a lot mig 29s were shot down
Video idea, have two dogfights occuring between 4 aircraft (two dogfights going on in the same area) and as these aircraft dogfight, they can switch targets and go after different enemies

I’ve always considered the Mig-29 a little more analogous to the F-16 in T/W ratio and size but also similar to FA-18C for sure.
Can you do an Su-30SM versus MiG-29? Also can you do some video’s with the Mirage F1?
If you read Red storm rising by tom clancy, there is an entire chapter dedicated to an air battle over iceland between an outnumbered invading soviet mig-29 detachment and the f-18s from an american CBG...
Soviet SAMs keep killing friendly migs alingwith f-18s sibce both aircraft are so similar...

Does 3D vectoring make much different compare to 2D vectoring, and 2D vectoring compared to just having differential thrust?
3D allows you to turn in all angles and overall pull harder, 2D makes your plane much more stable during a fight than differential thrust, it makes massive difference in actual dogfight
