Love this one for a quick add-on to brush up on the upper body. Today I warmed up, did this one, then went right into one of Kelli's 20+ minute kickboxing routines. A perfect mix for me today!
I was beginning to wonder if you had abandoned us Daniel, since Kelli has been doing most of these new workouts. Great to see you, and excellent workout as usual :-). I've really gotten to enjoy strength/weight training since working out with FB and following your advice. I'm trying to lose weight, and it's less difficult working out with weights rather than predominantly doing cardio. My IBS and GERD have been flaring up so I've less energy to do a lot of jumping up and down. I find it easier to keep up my exercise knowing I'm still getting a great workout, and seeing my body change faster by doing weight training. I'm also loving the 4 week lower body Booty and thigh workout!!
Thanks for this quick, but effective upper body workout. I loved it Daniel!! 💖💖💪🏻. It was perfect for adding on to my 40 minute Strength and Conditioning workout. I wanted just a little bit more, and this was it!
@@ishani303 I was playing on the "You hit like a girl" insult. That was 6 yrs ago and I was younger and more rash. I realize now how sexist my comment may have come across. My apologies.
I just love this lift series. I do sets of 10 reps but three sets to max your work. Someone asked about modifiers for triceps. You can lay in the ground and do skull crushers with one heavy dumbbell and it eliminates all shoulder pressure. For women I would say you need at least 12lbs and could do up to 20 most likely. I love those myself.

Love this workout! I never do overhead because after a while gives shoulder impingement. I avoid bend overs because it's a killer for lower back. So I make my modifications with physioball. And I add forearm exercice.
thanks Daniel! :) I noticed during the Bicep curls that my left arm was weaker than my right arm, bc the right one could just so finish the last rep, but my left arm couldn't.
Hey Daniel, Are there any modifiers for the reverse fly and tricep extensions for those of us who have lower back pain and weak lower back muscles? I don't think that I have enough strength in my lower back to be able to hold my own upper body weight.

Dimitrije Todorovic it depends on what your goals are. Daniel and Kelli speak about this on their channel. You can look it up. Eg. I think they say if you want to lose weight you should do weight training like 3-4 times a week, and cardio the other 2-3 with rest days somewhere in there. Check out their main channel.
Hi people I have something to tell you,I do a lot of abs exercises at gym and sometimea at home but I have a problem -My stomach is bloated-.I drink a lot of water,I eat slowely,I drink water before my meal but my stomach still keeps being bloated.When I hold my breathe I can see the results of my exercises but when I stay and breathe normaly I see my bloated stomach again.Please someone tell me what to do because I dont know what to do anymore,can someone reply my comment please? 😕

For tricep extensions, I bend over as they do, but I only do one arm at a time with the other hand on the seat of a chair.

No, you should mix it up. Your body will get used to the same routine everyday and will see no gains.
Dimitrije Todorovic Yup, Alexandra Eleventhing is definitely right. Mix it up or you'll hit a plateau. You will haz sad if you see no gains.
Agreed. And also, you'd be working the same muscle groups. Your muscles need a day of rest after you work them, so it would be counterproductive.
