    His voice and tone is so calm that it is relaxing. My heart rate was actually lower than usual while doing the same workout while I listened to him. I felt better and more energized this time than other times. I like that Daniel is not screaming, showing off, or belittling anyone - or being an ass. He has the right attitude to make fitness fun and approachable. I am really happy I came over this videos - they need more press. Keep the good vibes and great job.

    Personally, I don't find routines like this boring, just relaxing and enjoyable! Love this one. Come back to it at least once a month. I love adding in alternating routines along with traditional ST/body weight upper body routines to keep my body guessing. I'm honestly shocked this one doesn't have more views!
    If I have the time, I like adding on "Day 4: Free 5 day workout challenge for busy people" at the end (before the cool down) to really burn my muscles out - love it because then I get a bonus yoga routine - so even more relaxing! Fitness should be fun - and this is my idea of fun (on my more lazy days when cardio is NOT happening). Thanks for an awesome routine, Daniel!

    Did not feel like working out today but I have to say this is the perfect routine for when you want to have a "lazy" workout. Really enjoyed this one.

    Thanks Dan. I thought that I'd leave a comment a few hours after the workout. My shoulders and upper arms are a little sore now. I know that it's part of the process to get fitter, so I can live with it. I'll be back for more tomorrow or next day.

    This is a great workout! I'm trying to work on my upper body strength now (I can't do more than 5 push-ups at a time), and this workout makes me feel really strong even though I'm not lifting very much. It's a good motivator- thanks for sharing!

    Dear Kelli and Daniel, I already have been watching and exercising for 2 years with your channel. And now, I want to introduce it to my boyfriend, and I found out that we don't know how to choose the right weight of the dumbbells for us (for him and for me also). So could you guys give us some advice for this problem, please? Thank you in advance. And Thank you for your videos through years. I had a better life because of your help.

    That moment when you are coming back down from the cobra stretch and your arms are shaking like crazy and Daniel's voice comes through "slowly come back down ..." and you silently pray your arms don't give out. Loved the routine--would like to see another with the cardio you recommended at the end of the video with some abs added in? haha could be an over achiever with all of that in one routine. Thank you for working out with me!

    I do these weight training exercises but I don't burn many calories. I burn about 150 calories.

    I had a lot of restless energy today but at the same time I didn't exactly feel like jumping around either. And this workout was perfect for balancing that mood. I definitely need to work on arms more anyway as well. Thanks for the workout!

    7/23/18 --Completed w/Neil.
    This routine was alright. Kinda relaxing and fun. I don't see the point in alternating the arms. I'm delighted at how heavy I've been going! Neil says it's a good arm work out, slow and methodical!

    This is one of the workouts in week 1 of the cross training program! It's going great and I am hoping for a good before/after photo after 8 weeks. I appreciate the advice given during the workout, but its completely demotivating for me. I need to get pumped up, count reps and focus - so I have to turn the sound off for most of these videos.

    thanks for the tip daniel! me too i have a weak left arm so now i i do ur technique start with left first :) ur so strong and explosive sometimes im like meeeh he's lifting 20pounds here where i have to drop to 5 pounds lol specially on triceps exercice feel like i have nothing ! lol

    Sweaty, sore and definitely arm burning, especially during those tricep extensions 🔥 Short but sweaty, perfectly squeezed with 10 minutes left before having to get ready for work. If I had more time, I would have definitely also done today’s extra challenge to burn out my arms if I had more time but who knows, maybe I’ll get to it when I get back from work if I’m not too tired (knowing me, not very likely 😆). Other that that, #FBBurn Day 23 main workout completed proudly, especially considering that I nearly didn’t show up today. Oh how glad I am that I did though because I feel awesomeee now! 💪👏 17.06.2020

    Annoyingly I could prob do so much more weight on the close rows for my arms but its the weakness of my back that means i have to drop down really low for.

    I was at the gym and an old schooled body builder Besides emphasizing that I have bad form because I lift too heavy weights for my own good. He also told me that I should never worked on my bicep and tricep at the same day because the muscles will never develop. He said that I should work on bicep and should combination and triceps and chest. What is your comment on his theory?

      Weight training should be so you can function in life, not to look good. Don't listen to those gym lunks. Would you not squat and pick up a box today just because you squatted and picked up a box yesterday, or just an hour ago on the same day? NO! If the weights are too heavy and it is throwing your back out then I can see his point, but getting nit-picky about tricep vs bicep on what day is just too much. Do what works for you. The idea is to keep the excess body weight down and to improve your strength so you can lift stuff and function in life.

    First time viewer, I get the calorie counter on the side, but not 100%. What's the X - Y mean in this sense? which one is the calories you're burning and what is the other one?

      They explain this in one of their vlogs, I don't know which one though, I'm sorry. It's a rather older one, maybe you skim through them! What I remember is that how many calories you burn depends on your overall fitness level, muscle mass, cardio strenghth, things like that. I guess if this workout is really hard for you (because you're not so strong yet), you'd be out of breath, hence burn more calories. The two numbers are basically the minimum and maximum calorie burn (roughly) that's possible with this workout!

      Michael Phoenix It's just a range of calories you may burn during this workout. Depending on number of things like your build, metabolism, how much effort you put into doing each exercise, whether you use weights etc. It's just a rough estimate.
