Yeah, the last few times I checked out his videos he was just super stoned, and I thought that was a bad look, and didn't make for great content. He'd do well to leave the baking for after he's done recording his videos. His content would improve a lot, I think. He's one of many addicts who have convinced themselves that they're better performers when they're high. Which is very convenient for an addict, and almost never true.

I’ve watched Reviewtech USA since I was in high school, almost 12years. It’s sad how much he’s declined. He’s video about being overweight and why it’s not okay; was one of the major forms of inspiration that motivated me to lose more than a hundred pounds. I feel so bad for him with all the things happening with his child, and wish him nothing but success in the future. But he needs to take a long hiatus from TH-cam and focus on bettering his mental health.

No it is a basic story, it is greed. When you are in the entertainement business the ride up is easy... It is the down part that sucks... When it goes up, you always think it will keep going up, it is not that easy... And you get easy used to the big life. And when it goes down, then it is ugly and messy... Mental struggle is just an excuse for the weak (in that specific instance). You should have asked questions before.... Reviewtechusa was someone I grew up watching since I was 10 years old (I'm 23 now). It sucks to see him decline over the years, I truly do feel for him and wish that he can get a grip on his mental health and possibly come back and do what he enjoys.

It's sad what he's become. I used to be a huge fan of Rich, but he's given up on his channel that's been his way to make a living for a decade to stream high out of his mind on THC and talk about DSP all the time. I've lost all respect for him. His mental health is in the toilet, he doesn't take accountability, he's making enemies out of people that tell him to get off the internet and take care of his family, and he's doing the same stuff Quantum TV did to him against Smash JT calling him a rapist. I hope he realizes that Smash can sue him for defamation. Those Discord messages where he's telling his followers to dig up dirt on people, it's not a good look. He understands what can happen and he's got a sect of very deranged followers that would go too far to destroy lives, it's already going outside of TH-cam with what happened to Jay recently.

I like Rich and I’ve followed him for a while now, but he started going downhill after he started doing the drugs. I literally watched one of my best friends get off her meds and burn every single bridge, because her wife convinced her that she just needed to smoke weed all the time. She lashed out and ruined her relationships so badly that she had to leave town. After seeing that, it hit me like a ton of bricks - it’s the exact same thing with Rich. He needs to get off the drugs and off the Internet for a while. Hopefully he’ll have a comeback story. Hopefully you’ll feel better too bud!
I miss when he reviewed tech, I liked him before he just started sitting around drinking and doing edibles and obsessing over very specific people I won’t name. I started watching his videos back in June 2009, when he only had 220 subscribers. Back then, he was 29 years old living at home after losing everything, because he was laid off by IBM in February 2009. Some of his early video were about his life situation and how he got there. Unfortunately, these videos have been deleted. IBM hired Rich, at the age of 22, he spent all his money on expensive crap. Mostly on audio equipment and on a BMW. By 2009, he lost everything. His girlfriend, home, car, career. So, he was very depressed. I liked his early videos because of his sense of humor and topics he would bring up. Later, Rich became more negative and got into internet drama too often. Rich always had mental problems, but his character flaws were too big to ignore. So, I unsubscribed from his channel years ago.

Great video on this whole situation. Rich definitely needs a break. At least 2-3 months get his mind right back in the right headspace or even more time off if he thinks it’s needed.
I miss Rich. He was level headed enough for years. He was right sometimes and wrong sometimes. He seemed to embrace his faults and found a way to joke about them. Overall, I felt like his content was worth watching. I am sure many will tell me I am wrong, but I feel like once Rich began to have Jay on his show, the quality of his content plummeted. It basically just became two guys sitting around making buttf$ck jokes. I was never offended about it. It just got stale. The final straw for me was when he couldn’t admit he was wrong about making jokes about children’s art in a Pat the NES Punk video. Again, not offended, but I was just surprised at how petty Rich had become and that he had lost his ability to say “okay, fine. I went too far.” It’s my belief that he and Jay brought out the worst in one another. They were just two middle schoolers talking trash. I am sure Jay is perfectly fine on his own. I just didn’t like him and Rich on the same show. Anyway, I stopped watching and, apparently, it’s all just snowballed out of control.
I like Rich his live streams were complete chaos and had some hilarious moments. He was just doing his own thing but the amount of streaming he was doing plus his family issues I think just caught up to him. His style of streaming definitely isn't for everyone aka people find it annoying but I like how it's just organic and off the rails just like how youtube used to be when it was on the come up.

How far beyond the Jay situation it gets is wild, there’s possible pedophiliac implications with the Dropbox leaks, his substance abuse on live streams, the refusing to help his elderly mother when she came to beg for help with HIS kids while he was on stream, his associations with ShadowGovernment, the death threats to other TH-camrs. Poor guy is in a rough way right now, I hardly recognize the guy.
I think Rich is genuinely down on it right now. I’ve always rooted for him so I hope he gets back to making a channel he wants on YT and that his personal life can be peaceful.

I watched RTU for years! Had to stop when he started gravitating towards streaming. I liked the news breakdowns as I don't have the time to comb the internet like these individuals. Rich's content has fallen off a cliff in recent years though. He's also had numerous scandals over the years. Anyone remember Big Cheese?

Reviewtechusa was someone I grew up watching since I was 10 years old (I'm 23 now). It sucks to see him decline over the years, I truly do feel for him and wish that he can get a grip on his mental health and possibly come back and do what he enjoys.

I was keeping up with all of Rich’s videos up until a while back... And just stopped. Didn’t unsubscribe until more recent when I just felt like it had to be done. I wish him the best. Who knows... Maybe he will get himself together and make a legit comeback... Maybe even reviewing some tech.
It's sad what he's become. I used to be a huge fan of Rich, but he's given up on his channel that's been his way to make a living for a decade to stream high out of his mind on THC and talk about DSP all the time. I've lost all respect for him. His mental health is in the toilet, he doesn't take accountability, he's making enemies out of people that tell him to get off the internet and take care of his family, and he's doing the same stuff Quantum TV did to him against Smash JT calling him a rapist. I hope he realizes that Smash can sue him for defamation. Those Discord messages where he's telling his followers to dig up dirt on people, it's not a good look. He understands what can happen and he's got a sect of very deranged followers that would go too far to destroy lives, it's already going outside of TH-cam with what happened to Jay recently.

I 100% agree. I used to love reviewtechusa when he talked about gaming news. With all the stuff that has happend in his life with his daughter I can understand how this would affect a person. I hope he gets the help he needs regardless of what happens to his channel.
I like Rich and I’ve followed him for a while now, but he started going downhill after he started doing the drugs. I literally watched one of my best friends get off her meds and burn every single bridge, because her wife convinced her that she just needed to smoke weed all the time. She lashed out and ruined her relationships so badly that she had to leave town. After seeing that, it hit me like a ton of bricks - it’s the exact same thing with Rich. He needs to get off the drugs and off the Internet for a while. Hopefully he’ll have a comeback story.

I miss when he reviewed tech, I liked him before he just started sitting around drinking and doing edibles and obsessing over very specific people I won’t name. He can be a likeable person if he gets back to his roots and ignores the trolls. That’s honestly what everyone wants. Even the trolls. Stop the drama stuff and just talk about games and tech. That would be best. The music thing btw is prob not gunna pan out but who knows. Not my cup of tea. I wish him well.

I started watching his videos back in June 2009, when he only had 220 subscribers. Back then, he was 29 years old living at home after losing everything, because he was laid off by IBM in February 2009. Some of his early video were about his life situation and how he got there. Unfortunately, these videos have been deleted. IBM hired Rich, at the age of 22, he spent all his money on expensive crap. Mostly on audio equipment and on a BMW. By 2009, he lost everything. His girlfriend, home, car, career. So, he was very depressed. I liked his early videos because of his sense of humor and topics he would bring up. Later, Rich became more negative and got into internet drama too often. Rich always had mental problems, but his character flaws were too big to ignore. So, I unsubscribed from his channel years ago.

He was such a positive guy years ago. He gave genuine heartfelt advice to creators. I loved his old content.
I miss Rich. He was level headed enough for years. He was right sometimes and wrong sometimes. He seemed to embrace his faults and found a way to joke about them. Overall, I felt like his content was worth watching. I am sure many will tell me I am wrong, but I feel like once Rich began to have Jay on his show, the quality of his content plummeted. It basically just became two guys sitting around making buttf$ck jokes. I was never offended about it. It just got stale.
The final straw for me was when he couldn’t admit he was wrong about making jokes about children’s art in a Pat the NES Punk video. Again, not offended, but I was just surprised at how petty Rich had become and that he had lost his ability to say “okay, fine. I went too far.” It’s my belief that he and Jay brought out the worst in one another. They were just two middle schoolers talking trash. I am sure Jay is perfectly fine on his own. I just didn’t like him and Rich on the same show. Anyway, I stopped watching and, apparently, it’s all just snowballed out of control.

I like Rich his live streams were complete chaos and had some hilarious moments. He was just doing his own thing but the amount of streaming he was doing plus his family issues I think just caught up to him. His style of streaming definitely isn't for everyone aka people find it annoying but I like how it's just organic and off the rails just like how youtube used to be when it was on the come up.

How far beyond the Jay situation it gets is wild, there’s possible pedophiliac implications with the Dropbox leaks, his substance abuse on live streams, the refusing to help his elderly mother when she came to beg for help with HIS kids while he was on stream, his associations with ShadowGovernment, the death threats to other TH-camrs. Poor guy is in a rough way right now, I hardly recognize the guy.
