As a party Cypriot lots of us are going back to Cyprus now , as you say the economy is stable and the lifestyle is very much more relaxed than The UK. Things don't happen quickly, but the people are just pure gold. Life is just pleasant and comfortable.
I moved to Cyprus 2 years ago and just moved back to uk. If you have the money and live the lifestyle Cyprus is great but there are a lot of things missing that you don't realise until you actually live there. I'd recommend anyone to try though as everyone's experience is different.
@@britishplumbing1 you can get buy on modest money in Cyprus.. depends on your tastes and lifestyle. Food is cheap and good and generally day to day expenses are good. The local NHS (called GESY) is world class and makes the UK healthcare feel like 3rd world. Electricity is expensive and getting things done can be long winded and frustrating but it's the same across the middle east. You just have to accept it's not like in the UK. Things get done just not in the immediacy that the west expects. If you are a family person kids are well provisioned for, the schools are great and follow the international baccalaureate. I'm on 25% less than I was in the UK (although in Saudi I was on 150% more than the UK!) and despite my lower salary my lifestyle is 100% better. I have a nice home with a pool, my wife and I both have a car, we go on holiday 2x per year. Our kids are trilingual. I go the beach 2-3x a week , and my blood pressure is now lower than it was in the UK. Only negative is that it does sometimes get horrendously hot to be outside but I wouldn't trade this life for the world. My kids are thriving even my wife is happy 😂 only took 15 years of effort for that to happen.
I’ve always had a soft spot for Paphos as I used to live there and fell in love with the place. Currently thinking of moving back because of the booming economy there. There’s always something different to do in Paphos. From golfing to scuba diving to off-roading in the Akamas

First one is too small, 3rd is too old, 4th is much expensive (has potential though) & the last one is a..... The most reasonable for you would be the Second one. Otherwise try finding some other properties as well.
There is a spot at Ayia Napa to Cavo Greco which houses alot of awesome villa houses, you should check em out. Right infront of the sea and walk way of nature.

These Cypriot houses are good, the 1st and 2nd appear the builds have been abandoned half way through. 3rd is close to LCA (Larnaca international airport) so the aircraft noise would annoy folks. 4th is great but its in Portoras (15:22) Not in the capital Nicosia. Portoras is near Ayia Napa, so 1hr 15min from Nicosia. I like the 5th, it has Cypriot/Greek style. But don’t know where in Cyprus it is?!? Sadly northern Cyprus is still occupied by Turkey since 1974 so be conscious of a future conflict. However if I was to move to Cyprus I’d look close to Larnaca, Limassol or Nicosia or even Zigi.
Yianni will live there for exactly 60 days a year. There are not many countries left that offer tax residency without you having to live there for more than 183 days 😉

Cyprus is a beautiful country, one of my best friends I went to school with in the Seventies, Max was one of the families who came to the UK when the war was happening, lovely lovely family, Cypriot people are lovely, least in my experience of them.

Dear viewers if you are planning to come and relocate to Cyprus please relocate anywhere except Limassol! Limassol got really expensive!
My In-Laws live in the complex you saw first. They have a lovely home and Chirokitia is a lovely village to be in.
Did you check out paphos area or even more the west side where is more relaxed and just 20 minutes away from paphos and its next to the beach.
