To clarify here, the valid reasons why Joseph could be resuscitated are:
1.) DIO’s blood at that point was mostly composed of Joseph’s blood, so it wouldn’t clash with Joseph’s body upon transfusion.
2.) Joseph’s body has latent Hamon production ability, so he can instantly fry any vampiric essence coursing through him once he regains consciousness. Beyond that, Hamon’s natural healing properties would definitely lend a hand to Joseph’s survival
3.) While the pacing of the episode makes it seem like Joseph was dead for a really long time, in terms of the real time elapsed he was only dead for a few minutes. There are examples of individuals being brought back from clinical death after significantly longer periods of time than Joseph was supposedly deceased, so this is a really isolated example of somebody who could be resuscitated that doesn’t defy what Jotaro meant in Part 4.

No stand can bring back the dead.
But vampire power is connected to the mask and we know that is a different power from stands and could bring back things from the dead.
Personally, Part 4 is my favorite part, but no part so far at its endings has left me as emotional as part 3. All those filler stand battle episodes? The funny moments? You got to see the whole squad having a great time and overcoming challenges together, then the final few episodes happen and half of them die, but the action keeps ramping up and up and you have no time to feel sad because you're at the edge of your seat, until its all over, and then you get emotional.

This ending music is SO awesome.While listening to it, I feel this sense of adventure and in the last episode, it is like the music of completion... The adventure is over, the journey is over.All the moments where they are still together ... ahThe soundtrack is excellent
I still believe to this day that while Stardust Crusaders has a meh middle part with all the stand users, the finale is the best in the series starting as soon as the Vanilla Ice fight begins, everything just becomes an “oh shit” moment.
Imo it started when Iggy vs Pet Shop, that shit was intense and heroic

DIO’s blood was able to re-attach Vanilla Ice’s head so that doesn’t make sense.
@@ybshaun4526 Yes it does. Kakyoin's heart and internal organs were decimated. Vanilla Ice's brain, heart and etcetera was still there, so Duo's blood only had to REATTACH, not REGEN.

Fun fact about Jotaro: Jotaro's stand lost power and star finger but has more speed his timestop is now 2 seconds instead of 3. But due to the fact he has learned much more about stand users in the other parts and has much more knowledge he is able to be a real deal to them.

Star Platinum is always strong as ever, it’s just that Araki nerfed him a little bit in Part 4/6 otherwise he’d end every fight really fast and he’s not the main Jojo in those parts.
5 seconds is the maximum for Jotaro since it takes a lot of stamina. he doesn’t have insane stamina like Dio because he’s a human, not vampire (yeah, I’m talking about Jotaro in his prime)

確かに最終的にDioを倒したのは条太郎だったが、一番の功労者は花京院だろうね。Dioのスタンド能力を文字通り命を掛けて見抜き仲間へ伝えた。それが出来ていなければ、条太郎以下全員が訳も解ら無いままDioによってあの世逝きにされていた事でしょう。自分も観終わった後は、一つの壮大な映画を観終えた様な感動と満足感が入り混じる気持ちになりました。
