Maruti designs cars with the Indian customer, See Honda Amaze sells really good in recent times. They are also slowly realising what the customer wants. Ford does not evoke any good feelings or trust, They may have an engine or steering, But for a family car means a lot of things, Maruti balances it all pretty well. Just for example you need android auto in your car. In Dezire it is as good as swapping the stock HU in a vxi model and putting an aftermarket one of your choice, It is a little harder in Honda and impossible in a Aspire (or even our own Tigor.). Simple tings make a lot of difference. Ford may have a racing DNA. Frankly how many of us has actually visited a race track anyway?.
Even though I own a Honda amaze automatic top varient n the drive is very very very comfortable, I would say it's quality is no where near ford. I used to own a ford figo and the quality of ford is unbeatable.
Aspire is the best in these three.. i am using this.. just touch the bonnet of these three cars aspire will not bend remaining two will bend.. desire crash test?? fail... best value of money ?? aspire... safety features?? aspire...

Aspire(petrol)lacks in fuel just by a kilometre or 2 than it's contemporaries! Diesel is at par with its rivals! It is due to it's heavy weight but compensates well in safety standards which are far higher than its rivals! More broader tiers and better ground clearance of 174mm! But unfortunately Indian buyers are stuck with the mindset of 'kitna deti hai' and marginally more resale value!
Personally after seeing all the 3 cars back to back, i got the plush and premium feel in the amaze. The car is good value for money. Comparing to the dzire, and seeing the recent crash test results, i personally prefer Amaze for its built quality. Aspire on the other hand, I'm not sure if the sales are good and we end up seeing the Aspire as a cab soon. So Amaze is the better choice.

Btw the old amaze used to have a weak suspension, with passengers the suspension would bottom out Hopefully they fixed it, Honda has a history of weak suspension

Aspire is at best in safety and mileage wise... can’t compare with any other cars in the same segment... Dzire has the worst build quality.. people buy Dzire is only for service network and spare prices...
what's the point of having abs and airbag in dzire, it will crumble with slightest of crash.. ford is the winner here, with an amazing diesel mill and never ending torque on tap. it can even be compared with some costly sedans we know of,
dzire had tried to match the old version of aspire....long way to go to match the facelift aspire...sales of qualility cars like ford will go high only on the day when we stop compromising safety for mileage. .......
Honda Amaze is perfect family car which is more practical and roomy. In petrol Honda and suzuki always better they are tried and tested from decades But aspire petrol 3 cylinder has few month experience and also aspire not so roomy and really feel compacts space. Its diesel engine is good but also must try amaze diesel it is also good. Amaze is family car and aspire is drivers car..

Ford cars any day but they sadly end up in reviews and paper only enthusiastic driving people choose Ford's others will all days go behind mileage. Honda also is much better than maruti
Dzire is the best because it as a nice interior , more speed ,safe ,with 4 airbags ,and its design is much better than the two check proper but i have ford aspire
People buying these cars should also consider one thing..which car is gonna be sold as a cab car . So if you have a car that is same as a the cab drivers..u will be dissapointed. So you know which car will go as a cab car in 1-2 yrs of time :-).
For petrol engine always Prefer maruti Suzuki cars.... For diesel prefer new freestyle with all latest features n it is a beast ....i20 is a classy n premium looking car.... But i20 petrol mileage is not good..
Tata zest is not thr.. so for now tata has tigor Close to this segment .. I do feel like tigor is a value for money car. But it's smaller , less powerful and in a pricing segment lower than these too... nd yes less power also (ya jtp is thr)
Drl = day time running lights..... While engine starts it will on. Amaze doest not had drl. It is pilot lamp. It operated by switch. Just start the car at night honda city drl lights on. Start amaze at night no lights will be on ( why night for clear visible)
Aspire average is less than Amaze. Kitna deti hai is more important for comman people. Resale Value and availability of spare parts are also an issue with Ford, once model is discontinued finding spare parts are big challenge
It comes with 5 yrs warranty and that says it all and availability of spare parts is quite accessible and even comparable with the likes of maruti dabba .
It doesn't look promising future for Aspire as Ford seems to be closing its shop in India. Auto companies are like they have taken a slow poison by entering India, first it was Fiat, then Chevy, now Ford, who else is waiting on the door!!
Amaze is a complete and practical car for a family. It has a 420l boot (highest), very refined petrol engine, most comfortable and spacious rear seat & Honda's reliability.
