How much weight could it hold. ??I’ve seen “packs” weak points are the buckles
I have no idea. I've never tried to load it up to the max. I wanted more to throw a jacket in, some food, water, a few odds and ends, etc. I'm not filling it with a ton of loaded mags or anything.
It felt pretty sturdy in the backpack configuration and when it's attached via molle, the buckles aren't a factor.
I'm thinking about getting the hitchhike so it's easier to access the bag while it's on me.

All of my knockoff nylon gear glows really bad under night vision compared to the real stuff if anyone cares about that sort of thing.

What would you rate it boss?
Well my rating depends on what you want it for. As a backpack? There are way better backpacks out there. As a bag that attaches to the rear plate? It can be really out of the way or hold a lot more when expanded but unless you have some type of adapter to quickly disconnect it, or you have buddies to get stuff out of your bag for you, it's not the best option. I would check out Agilites bag.
Is Krydex's Range Green color match with the other bands?

Any update on the quality? All the stitching still look good/holding up??
Honestly, it doesn't get used that often. It's been relegated to my wife's plate carrier. So while everything is holding up, that's not really saying much, considering the amount of times it gets used.
Can this be converted into a sling bag if needed?
Technically, yes. You could feed the backpack strap through the left top loop and click it into the bottom right clip (or vice versa) if you wanted a diagonal strap.
Why do people like sling bags? I've never understood why they would be better than a backpack in any situation. What's your opinion on the subject?

What size hydration badder fits in it?
Unexpanded capacity is approx 8.0 L,can run a 1-liter hydration bladder in the main pocket.
