That's how much talent stayed at Buchtel. SVSM made it simple/clear....Hire Joyce as assistant, and get 4 black non- Catholic kids enrolled there win championships ..coach gets offered College coaching job off Bron and turn the reigns over to Joyce and the rest is history...
