#57. We are still battling wet muddy conditions. Seems like it is never going to end. About the only thing we can do today is split wood and I feel like using the axe.
I hope you have better luck with your splitter than I did. Nothing but problems since I bought it 5 years ago. Now they're out of business and I can't find parts. Seal on the pump went bad , just need the seal otherwise I have to buy a new pump. So needless to say at 60 I am back to hand splitting but like you I don't mind a bit. I love your little guy helping , that's awesome.

This is my first year with a log splitter. Otherwise I've been splitting by hand for 14 years. I still do enjoy picking up a maul from time to time.
Sometimes I get bored running the splitter and need to pick up the axe!

Is there a brand name on the pump? Dirty hand tools didn’t make any of their own stuff. I hope you can find that seal. When you do please let me know.
