thanks for all the knowledge Mr. Blaukat
Great seminar Randy. This is another one. I’m saving in my winter fishing file. Thank you sir.
Randy the “pull technique” around 25 min is how I caught a big bass the other day as I used my rod to pull the crankbait it creates a rapid mode and that triggered the strike. Made mine & my sons day on the water epic.
Good seminar! Fishing that wiggle wart on spinning gear is a good tip. I fish that Lazer lure in lots of different colors. There are times when they really want that Red/ orange color . Even in the clearest water. If you retrieve that bait a little faster in warmer water . It will hunt better than any bait I’ve ever seen.
There is a TON of information here. I will have to watch this a few times. Thanks for making this video.
Wow!!! What a great video. Learned so much. Thanks Randy.
Great stuff. That last half is especially interesting. Thanks for sharing the knowledge.
Another great advanced technique video, Randy!
Cant wait for you to do TUBES😊
Great seminar, I fish alot during the winter months cranking baiting. I find that many times I'll have fish follow the lure to the boat and strike the lure 2-4 deep coming up. Actually see the fish hit the lure many times.
A deep cranking specific seminar would be very helpful.
This is an excellent video
Thank you Randy
This is a really great series. There are way too many “hey, watch me catch fish” videos and TV shows. I’ve caught thousands of fish in my life. I know what it looks like to catch fish. I want to learn how to be more successful myself
One thing I haven’t seen in any of the series which would specifically apply here……how do you tie to crank baits? Direct tie, use split rings, snaps?
Also, you emphasize sharp hooks, which I totally agree. Is there anything different or special you do to sharpen?
Anyway, I appreciate the concise information that keeps moving at a good pace. And no stupid background music. The video and audio quality is excellent. Thanks for your help and be willing to share knowledge learned the hard way
I could actually answer everyone if these questions for Randy because I've watched so many of his videos haha. But maybe he'll answer you.
Thanks Randy !
Awesome video
Excellent presentation. Thk u. I am not sure if there is a plan B strategy for those of us in smaller lakes with 1) primarily mud bottom, 2) no major creek arms, 3) no steep banks/drop off, just gradual changes and slopes. Ie 200 acre lakes - not sure how to apply your comments in the last section.
Great info
Great info.
Thank you!
Thanks Randy...
Great info as always
Love coldwater crankin. Great video as usual.
Great seminar, need to rewatch the second half or 3/4’s of this info. Looking forward to applying some of this info.
Cold water cranking, my favorite time of the year. The largemouth bass on my cover photo (personal best @ 6lb 9 oz) was caught in 45 degree water.
Randy, have you tried the DT series from rapala? Mainly the 4 and 6; Imo the best round bill crankbait ever made, and awesome for 45-55 degree water.
I agree on the shad rap; the jointed one works awesome too
Good shit Randy
3 channels now? Intuitive, the fishing teacher, and advanced?
Fritz side will outfish all those lures IMO.
Shhhhh don’t tell everyone. 😎 1:18
Frits has tried for decades to create a flat side plastic bait that would do what old school hand built balsa does. This is the best one yet for sure, but I would bet he’s still throwing those old wood ones more often in cold water.
Just throw the arig and don't worry about it
Caught them plenty of times in 37 degree water with cranks.
Rapala OG is balsa
1st
The Shad Raps, DT-serie (Or Jointed 11) by Rapala. Are popular in wintertime in Europe too😅😅.
If a size 5 treble hook should be on the MB sonic, why doesn’t MB listen to you to put the appropriate size on at the factory?
Can you tell me why the bass hasn't evolved to not eat these these old school lures.
Berkley Baits laboratory where they came up with power bait did a study and said that a bass cannot remember past 6 months and that was at the most
The Frittside is plastic.
Get you a 300 DD and go to work
Rapala DTs, Rapala cranks, and them old cranks are old school style. Outdate them. We are far too advanced for this game mate.
