Patara, when my sub's started going up, I wondered what was going on. Then when I read the comments, I thought I better get over to your channel and see. Thank you for your kind and encouraging words. I must say at one time gaining subscribes was high on my list, but now it doesn't seem so important. I have many challenges ahead of me. I am blessed to have you and your husband as my friends. My daughter and her husband lives close by and she is doing a lot for me, until I can get back to doing for myself. I could sit and listen to our elders allday long. I know a 99 yr old ret colonel from the army chief of staff and this man still drives back and forth from fl to VA every 6 mos, still gets up on his roof, mows his grass and you know I can listen to this fellow vet of mine alldayyyyyy. The man is just so wise and humble its just so remarkable. He's been though wwii, Korean and Vietnam wars, almost died of retinal cancer and served under 6 presidents. Just one of those people I'm blessed to know. That's so amazing that God put this man in your life Mrs patara. God bless you and your family mam
Done. We recently lost a precious WWII vet in our area. Our elders are such a precious resource. We all need to revere them and learn what we can from them.
My children and I recently befriended a 92 year old farmer. I always pass by his house and see him in his beautiful garden. He wakes up at 4 and is in his garden all morning. He is sweet as can be and so wise. I wanted my children to know his generation! You are right, they don't make 'em like these elders anymore! Thank you for this video.

OAG memorial popped up in my news feed today, I I watched and cried for a man I have never known.
My sincere condolences to all that knew and loved him.
If I weren't already subscribed to OAG I would head right over just based on your lovely tribute to Mr. Charles. I consider him a national treasure. His generosity, knowledge, and experience just overwhelms me.
I’m an retired RN my last 11 yrs was in geriatrics I looked around in the Dining room one day and stated out loud to the younger CNA,s certified nursing assistance ( place those folks right under God) over worked under paid and unappreciated most of the time. I spoiled my CNA’s Lots of pizza over the years and gas lol but, anyway I stated out loud to them while helping with mealtime “ you know there is over 2500 years of wisdom and knowledge in this room, just think of how much we could learn from these older folks. (Adding all their ages together) so much.

I just learned about him today and lost him in the same day. He sure was a fruitful person! His memorial is beautiful just as he was. I was learning about bone broth for health for my autoimmune and came across his profile. Rest in Peace OAG!

Your such a blessing, it's tough on YT, we've been at it for three years and don't have 2,000 and I really try but about ready to give up. I've had a heart attack and open heart surgery, my husbands had a liver transplant and we keep at. God's been good🙌
My heart goes out to his family. I had no idea he passed until I heard Danny from DSH mention OAG in a past tense. He was AMAZING. I feel like he helped heal myself and my husband when we got very ill ( almost with pneumonia) from working with moldy wood mulch. I used oregano oil not quite in the same manner, but found it very beneficial for our situation. I keep it on hand for those types of emergencies. He will be missed.
Mr Charles is a great guy. He is.the same age as my husband and has had the same sort of experiences in life. In spite of living on different continents, what he teaches is transferrable to our holding here. We have been listening to him for some time.
Here's hoping he regains his health quickly. The world needs him!

We lost dear neighbors in their 90's. had a conversation when they were in their 70's and they kept saying the "kids" next door, I knew they werent talking about us and knew the people on the other side of them were in their 60's so I asked and they said that is who they were talking about. I said if they are the kids, what are we? She said yall are the babies! (we were in our 40's)😍😍🥰🥰
I just love his channel. If there is something I'm looking to do and want a tride and true way to do it, i look through his stuff. He is so knowledgeable and he isn't faking his success. He's the real deal.
I will be praying for his health and wellbeing, as well as his family's.

I do follow him! He reminds me of my grandpa who turned his little backyard into a veg garden. He passed before I was old enough to learn about gardening and natural health sources. Grandpa lived in an orphanage here in Kentucky so I don't know where he learned to garden because from his stories it sure wasn't there. He enlisted in the military at 16, lying about his age. I have all his papers and photos from serving in Italy. He sure was a character! Of course he was much older than Mr. Charles! Now I don't know why I just shared all that! Everyone have a blessed Sunday with your loved ones!
He was awesome. I’m still sad he is gone. I only discovered him a short while ago looking for a homemade milk alternative. He made almond milk so simple. He was a gem.

Our elders can teach us so much if we will just take time and listen. My dad passed away 10 years ago at 89 but my mom is still living and will soon be 97-her mind is still sharp but her body isn’t as strong as she would like. They always made a garden and raised livestock for personal consumption which is something my family should be doing!
Love to see others respect our elders and willing to hold them up during the good times and the bad. God bless you!

Been watching OAG for about a year...and the way he teaches by showing is the best! He reminds me of my "Pa" (grandpa) back in the early 60's when I would help dig taters, get ears of corn and enough beans for supper.... Those were my good old days ❤ He just put up an onion video I'm getting ready to watch... It's people like him that made this country great 🇺🇸

Will do. We do need our elders. I learned so much from my grandfather and my parents. My parents teach me something new every day and they are 91 and 87. So thankful to still have them and their wisdom.

Mary here! Thank you so much for the heads up for OAG! He is so "old school" and I love it. All my older relatives are gone--my grandfather farmed and fed 5 children and a wife while working a full-time job and gardening after he got home! I admire that kind of motivation and I find it in the wisdom of OAG. Love you too!

A little thing that Sparks Joy in me is when I’m loving and learning so much from a TH-camr like You ! Then later I find out that they are friends with an Other TH-cam and one day l find out ! It’s Like begets Like ! 2 years ago a TH-cam channel bought a Goat and had it flown clear across the United States! Well, lo and behold that same little girl goat came from an another TH-camr I’ve watched for years ! Now this little girl Goat has Babies of her own ! Both TH-camrs were friends !
