    🙌🏽🙌🏽 Good video! Saw myself on the leaderboard when you filmed the Brits n Chips ride. (Seb) 🤣🤣 I definitely agree with what you said about the Echelon community. 💯

    Thank you for the review. Whats the weight of the flywheel and is it silent? Can we connect the bike to Apple iwatch?

    I just got my bike about 2 months ago and I have been struggling with my position and your video really helped. What do you use for heart rate within the app.?

    Hi - I have the same bike, bought second hand. As I change resistance I can here a noise as it goes up and down resistance, is this normal? Thanks

    I do not want to take the online classes. I just want to ride the bike. 1) Can I do that? 2) Does it work without the app and with connecting to blue tooth?

      Probably too late mate, but yes you can, the only catch is when you buy the echelon bike you have to buy the 3 month subscription :P

    Hey there! Great video! I was wondering if you are able to share the link where you got your shoes, the ones that clip in.

      Hey! Mine are Shimano ones from Decathlon. I got them in store- pretty cheap and great for this 👍

    Annie! This is super helpful, now I'm about to buy the EX3!! I know we are way closer to "normality" but I'm still unsure about going back to the gym :P

    I am in search of a bike to ride with Peloton. With the echelon their max resistance goes up to 32 and I was told that the max resistance on the peloton is definitely higher than the max resistance on the echelon. I was told that on 32 resistance it it extremely difficult like 85 on the peloton but a 32 felt no where near a 100 on the peloton meaning the echelon does not have the capability to get as high of resistance as peloton. Is this true?

      You should use the Echelon app if you're looking to get an Echelon bike. The classes are great, as is riding with community friends

    Hello Annie. Can you tell me how many turns does it take to adjust resistance from 0 to 32? Do you still like the bike?

    • @AnnieBean
      @AnnieBean  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes I do still use the bike. It isn't specific turns, it shows as it increases on the screens.

      @@AnnieBean I ride in the studio sometimes on expensive life fitness bikes. Sometimes we go from flat road to a climb and need to crank up the resistance a lot. It is just 1 turn on those bikes to go to max resistance. I understand ex3 does show resistance, but I'm curious what it takes to go from really easy to really heavy climb. I'm just trying to understand how many turns it takes from 0 to 32 or 15 to 32. I like riding to grove type of classes where you have to stand a lot and sit down in short bursts. I don't want to be turning the knob multiple turns :)

      It's pretty quick in increasing resistance I find. We often do hills etc then sprint down them.

    What tablet are you using?

    • @AnnieBean
      @AnnieBean  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I use an android Huawei one but you can use ipads too. Best to check the Echelon app first to make sure your tablet is compatible

    Do you need an iPad for it to work or can you just use it as a standard bike

    • @AnnieBean
      @AnnieBean  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1
