Yanic's new band Gone in April is freakin' amazing. Yanic is not only an amazing record producer ( he produced my band All or Nothin'), Yanic's a word class drummer and songwriter.

They were a pride in the province before they decide to break-up...the only person remaining in the band is the guitarist who employed new singer, drummer, bassist...the new version of Quo Vadis is now horribly painful to the ones that knew this era of Quo Vadis.

Not necessarily. In most cases of Metal drum production it is done to decrease dynamics, yes. But still it's possible to use triggers and achieve dynamic bass drum sound.
