    I just started Neti practice. I noticed myself that my saliva has increased, and I wondered why. But it makes since if it stimulates digestion, you should have a good saliva flow to help break down the food much faster in your stomach.

      @YogaChaitanya  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Wonderful, observation, because ur sense of smell is improving, which helps to smell the food nd it stimulates the Salivary glands. 🙏👍 It's good signal

      One is blockage other is some issue in the nose, both the nostrils switches every 90 It happens with everyone, try this jal neti it will help, also do ganesh kriya, apply oil or ghee in the nose, nd watch the video on our channel for nostril balance in Pranayama Playlist

    Today i tried for the first time.... I have done it correctly but i have a question that my mucus got drained during the process now my nose feeling little dryness while Breathing... Is that good sign or a bad sign??... Should apply something to my nostrils like coconut oil or ghee???.....

    • @YogaChaitanya
      @YogaChaitanya  ปีที่แล้ว

      It may be happening because the sensitivity of nose is increased after jal neti, or it may be because of skin dryness, yes applying oil or ghee is good for you. There is no issue in applying oil in Nostrils it's called ganesh kriya

    • @YogaChaitanya
      @YogaChaitanya  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Please watch the video carefully, when the nose is block or in cold it should not be done, 2nd important point is the temperature of water, it should be 37-39 deg and salinity of water also play important role pinch of salt is less , it should be 2 tea spoon in 1 lit ratio

    • @YogaChaitanya
      @YogaChaitanya  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If water is going in the ear then may you are putting pressure while cleaning the nostrils , you have to do kapalbhati in different positions so that the remaining water come out of the nose , or after doing this you can relax in child pose ie balasana that will also allow water to come out of nostrils
