If anyone watched the Live Stream of the Money in the Bank when Elsworth won MITB, both Steve and Larson loved it in the moment and defended it for at least a week or two. I never understood why they liked it, and I guess they've blocked that from their memories too.
I think it was cool, but it couldn't happen in the first women's MITB
Steve (and I think Larson too? But I forget) also LOVED Otis when he won MITB and initially was into him getting pushed but quickly soured on him when he seemingly kept being a comedy guy after getting the case.
If you guys wanna use that criteria for Dolph, you gotta use it for RVD too. His reign was uneventful and ended through self inflicted stupidity rather than injury.
Boombox Brock was so good. It was a waste, but it was so good.
Edge set the standard twice. Before Edge's 2nd cash in, you could only cash in on your brands world champion. I still remember being annoyed WWE spoiled it on ECW
Otis deserves his own tier below thrash
I'm surprised you guys didn't notice that the majority of the Women's MITB cash-ins were same-night. Bayley, Liv, Alexa, and Nikki all went after a champion on PPV night.
Didn't bother to do much research at all and just mostly rated them on favoritism clearly. I mean, did he seriously ask if that was Alexa's first title win? It was her damn 5th lol.
I love RVD's cash in because it set the standard of how a baby face should cash in on a world champion, the correct way.
Like how Big E you should have cashed in his Money in the Bank last year
Carmella's first mitb win was so trash they had to do it again.
Dolph's title reigns seemed to end due to injury due to other people's negligence, I hope he pulls a Cody, comes back as Nick Nemeth, gets a better finisher, and gets recognized for his outstanding work
I would actually put CM Punk's 2nd MITB above the first one because it led to Punk turning heel and the Straightedge Society.
The 1st MITB win was when WWE just had no idea what to do with a babyface CM Punk and it was during when Batista was still the guy when it came to the World Heavyweight title.
y’all swapped Edge’s cash ins
A lot of people forget that Alexa literally lost that belt the month before at Mania
@@kay008 MITB was literally the next paperview so she lost is for like a month and a half lmao
Ya gotta do best survivor series tag matches
21:50 wasn't that the start of the yes movement technically? IIRC he originally started yelling yes as a celebration for slaying the giants lol. He was so happy, as if he earned it 🤣
Bayleys first main roster title was the raw womens title she won when she debuted
I liked Otis the most, that guy was so fun to watch until they zapped him of his energy
Cena and Brock are in the trash for me. Especially Brock because he wasn’t even in the damn MITB match!!!!! 😤😤😤😤
For me Dolph’s cash in is first ahead of even Seth’s, mostly because it was one of the moments that got me really into WWE
No, Seths will always be number one just because of where it happened and how awesome it was
Dolphs is my favorite but I think Seth’s is the best. Dolphs happened soon after I started watching again and he was my favorite at the time. I’ll never forget his run with the briefcase with all the failed cash ins and being so anxious he was going to lose it, just to finally see him win the big one on a huge raw after mania
Wait why did Steve say " its kane who gives a fuck" hes one of the greatest characters of all time in wrestling he deserved that world title, he honestly deserved more than that.
Kane the human is trash but he’s character is great as always
Rvd and cena are the only ones who cashed in straight up
The Edge cash ins are swapped. The one in God is where he beat Undertaker since he's holding the World Heavyweight Championship.
Bayley was raw womans champ in 2017
