I adore this fragrance! I agree with others here it doesn’t get the recognition it deserves. Absolutely gorgeous and deep and not basic, very nuanced

The womens Obsession is one of my all time favourite perfumes I wear it all the time..warm spicy amber with a touch of greeness in the background..simply gorgeous..the woman's "escape" is a beauty too

I have a super macerated bottle that was given to me, smells awesome
So many of my girlfriends wore this back in the 80s and 90s. I still have a bottle that one left behind and I spray it every once in a while for the memories. I wouldn't have said it was a unisex fragrance back then, but I think these days it can be, depending on the individual. Thanks for the video.
I sale colonge & perfumes @ my cousins store. Most females say this is too strong for them. So I sell this exact bottle as colonge. Guys love it, I wear it as well. Great smelling fragance

I am loving this which I just bought today in the EDP version. I was wondering if I should have bought the EDT version (for Men) but after seeing this video I have concluded that it is not necessary for men to buy the EDT For Men since the strength and projection of the EDP is better than the EDT and the EDP is great for both men and women.
It only lasts for about 2 hours though
@@PT-Marum zesus! man if you are talking about EDP, then actually you got nose blind because with two sprey I filled the room.... It gets darker in colour as per time so probably scent will also become strong with time....
I just have buy a colon Obsession for woman the original the kidney bottle and I love it I can say the performance and the quality is much better than some nich parfum that I have is a beast is so delicious and sensual. And I am agreed that is a perfection and unisex
Are you sure you are talking about the 1985 version? I just found out recently that it has changed. Cory changed it. The best was the older original one by far!

The second question, is general it is about the smell of most of my perfumes change swhen it reach to the middle of the bottle, it becomes nicer even for that perfumes which I don’t like in the beginning. do you have any explanation

My first perfume since1994 together with CK Eternity,yes u are right using this for taming like some animals i read in magazines

Kinda agree.. bought this in a hurry for myself,, discovered it was womens...gave it to the wife..
End up spraying it on myself, quite often... its a real body spray ,( use sparingly..)

I think Joop and Cool water was the big game changer at the end of that Decade to me this smell stale flower or cleaning products,I don't get the gourmanish cinnamon or vanilla I was looking for I'm a firm believer Mens fragrances always smells better than womans perfumes,but I get he's just showing respect.
The marketing on this one was weird. I wonder if CK actually made a unisex fragrance and was just low key about it. Vintage splash bottles say 'cologne' on the bottom yet its not obsession for men. Yet marketed toward women? Weird. Did cologne mean something else 35 years ago? Anyone know the history of this one?
