get a bike and slowly raise the seat over time - like 1 cm per month - or 1 millimeter every 3 days. take it slowly. its far better than surgery imo bc ur entire leg (except the foot??) gets stretched!

Now arms are looking very short. I'm at 6ft with 6'3 wingspan and looks like hand trick lands right on the belly button so guess I have an average torso. If I were to ever consider limb lengthening, would do arms and legs and probably need steroids and growth hormone injections to fill out a longer frame but really not worth the risks
