You left out possibly the most brutal and most doom and gloom episode. Sidious shows up to fight Maul and Oppress, and it's not even a competition. Sidious won just by showing up. He kills Oppress and tortures Maul. Saying, "There is no mercy." Imagine being a kid watching that.
I've never liked how Anakin is called a cold-blooded killer for killing Tal Merrick. The guy had explosives wired up and ready to blow up the whole ship, including multiple politicians, so it was either: let Marrick get away and everyone dies, try to only maim Marrick and everyone might still die plus Marrick is suffering, or just kill Marrick. No one irl would call Anakin a cold-blooded killer for that. The only reason it's made such a big deal is because Anakin already killed the Tusken Raiders so they wanted to show he was already turning bad, but also that Satine's entire point was nonviolence and then Anakin rolls up and kills Marrick. It's just a weird way to hammer home that Anakin is becoming a villain, like yeah we already know that but couldn't they have just had him do something awful again? They did it later when he beats tf out of Rush Clovis
That scene is a bit more nuanced than simple "Anakin was simply wrong about killing". The important part about why it's one of the "Anakin's fall" scene was his nonchalant attitude and smirk after, which shouldn't appear of a face of a "good guy" after killing a human being. Killing should be Jedi's last resort and yet Anakin seemed to want and enjoy the act of murder. Killing had no emotional weight to him. Which, no mattter circumstances, taking someone's life should always be important. That's why he was "cold-blooded killer", he didn't care whether a person lived or died.
@@mathuraphael9196then again that person he did nonchalantly killed was literally about to murder everyone on the ship and was gaslighting both satine and kenobi right in front of there faces surely some amount of gratitude whould be shown in the slaying of such a man

Sure as an adult I prefer shows like Jormungand/Black Lagoon but this show could keep me entertained enough to watch with kids. I mean its definitely better then star wars rebels.
I remember watching this as a kid( 9-10 years old) being shocked at some deaths, especially after Asajj Kills Clovis...I was thinking *what the hell, they just kill a human* O.o 😂 the good old days

God these clips keep getting recycled for their brutality, because “TCW isn’t a kids show”, do people actually remember watching the show? Outside these clips, the show is full of kiddy comedy and campy slapstick.
We literally got POLITICS, INTEREST RATES/BASIC ECONOMICS and GENERAL BANKING in this show. Like TF. TCW taught kids, and even adults, basic financial/banking skills & facts, as well as anywhere from base-mid level politicking all throughout! When did we ever get that from Rebels??? LOL.
So people die and therefore it's not a stupidly written kids show. Sorry, I apparently missed the memo that 90% of movies and series are apperently only for adults only, aka PG18. Too bad nobody else seems to know.
If you look up the 2008/07 interview with Conan O'Brien, George Lucas himself outright states this was always the intention with his final Star Wars project, The Clone Wars. A couple quotes: "This isn't your SpongeBob Squarepants. We're not dumbing anything down. It's not kiddish. It will be the first dramatic, animated show. Will be very dark." etc, etc. Bro even said it'll be rated "PG-13" (which ofc never happened except I've seen CERTAIN episodes rated TV-14 during the OG run lol but you get the idea) so yeah. People are weird. Even some Clone Wars "fans" call the show largely for kids or at least the early run and that's not even remotely true whatsoever. It was hella dark since the movie LOL. Definitely darker than ANY TRUE 'kids show' I've seen such as SpongeBob, Dora, Go Diego, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, etc, etc. Yet people STILL wanna compare TCW to shows like that??? Make that make sense bruh. Make that make sense.
I have never agreed with the notion that a 'kids show' has to baby its audience. Also, the clone wars was never a kids show. It was rated for teenagers from the start.
i mean, not for under 12 for sure, but yes still a kids show. That doesnt mean there is anything wrong with older ppl watching too if they are interested
While I also love Rebels, I shit you not, I've heard from certain SW fans that Rebels was actually the "first time" that Star Wars on TV didn't feel like a "kid's show" like in the Holiday Special. No, it was The Clone Wars bud. Sorry, not sorry, to say. Ever since THE CLONE WARS, actually. And Rebels is arguably a kid's show. It's officially rated TV-Y7 on Disney+ after all, while TCW is rated TV-PG meaning it's STRONGLY recommended that kids have to watch it WITH parents lol.
Even TCW movie had plenty of 'not-for-kids' moments in it. Stuff you'd NEVER find in any episode of SpongeBob, Dora, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Go Diego, etc. People are so dumb and weird man, it's irritating to me. Like literally, just look at the FACTS!
One thing I am surprised to not see on any of these lists is the different kissing scenes even though we have all seen are parents or anybody smooch it just feels a bit a bit over the top to put 2 people mouth s*xing on a show with the directors say is is aimed to kids from the ages 3-6 another thing is fives’ scopes joke making a joke about pps is a bit inappropriate for smaller kids don’t you think? Anyway if anyone is planning to make a video about this I recommend putting these scenes with the mix

There was always something uniquely brutal about Savage’s choking kills
They don’t call him Savage for nothing.
It's delibedrate. Choking, whether with the Force or one's hands, takes time, and the fear the victim feels is fuel for the Dark Side.
It’s because he’s not killing them through asphyxiation he’s killing them by snapping their necks
just raw strength, like the Terminator. gives no second thought to killing someone, no pleasure or sympathy, just business
