FULL RECIPE 📝
Lobster & Mussels Pasta 🍝🦞
Ingredients:
1- 2 Lobsters*
2- 350gr Mussels*
3- 1 Can of peeled tomatoes
4- 15gr Garlic Powder
5- 15gr Sweet paprika
6- 1 Tbsp butter
7- 1 Cup white wine
8- 4 Shallots
9- 100gr cherry tomatoes
10- Salt & Pepper to taste
* You can change the lobster/mussel with 400gr of shrimps, you can use squid rings too, just try to have some 400gr of sea food of you liking :)
Steps:
1- Add butter, white wine, salt & pepper into the pan at low heat and bring to a light simmer.
2- Add the lobsters & mussels into the pan. Try to keep the lobsters straight for better scrapping on the tail meat. Cover and let them simmer for 6 mins.
3- After 6 mins, uncover and take out the seafood from the pan.
4- Add the chopped veggies salt & pepper, spices, seafood stock and stir to combine, let them simmer at low temperature.
5- Crush the can tomatoes into tiny chunks.
6- Add the lobster, lobster innards and mussels into the pan and stir.
7- Add the crushed tomatoes.
8- Stir occasionally and let the flavors come together for 15/20mins.
9- When the pasta hits "al dente" pick them up with a pair of thongs directly into the sauce pan.
10- Cutt of the heat and add a little pasta water and a knob of butter. Stir to emulsify and incorporate.
11- Serve the pasta hot and top it with parmesan cheese to your liking 🧀
