- Just in time for summer! Texas Adventure Powersports came through strong on this one, can't believe I finally got one!
Now its time to find the courage to get it dirty...

I work at a Can Am/Polaris dealership as a tech and it’s awesome you got that. Can Am has a huge waiting list for cab models (basically a minimum of 6 months) and everything else from them is showing up missing ECM’s, DESS posts, displays, and front diff modules. Congrats on the unit man, as a dude who works on both Polaris and Can Am you made the right choice.
Brotha I appreciate you commenting, had a good talk with a buddy last night on units across the board. For hunting and ranch use this was the way to go. Extremely lucky to find it, and shocked they had more coming.
@@TxKiller it was crazy to see their inventory. We are one of the biggest dealerships on the east coast and my mind was blown seeing all that inventory. Be safe and fill her to the brim!

Looks like an awesome rig. I'm really happy for you and I look forward to the hunting vids whenever you put them out. I have a Polaris Ranger 1000 that is pretty spartan but wow does it make work and hunting easier.
Folks love to argue about these buggy’s, but they definitely make everything easier.

I totally understand, I hunt weekly so I gotta have it. I was down for a week when I did the trade in and it drove me up the walls lol. If you have no use for something like this there’s absolutely no need to get one, but man they’re bad ass! 😂
Just recently got our 2022-1/2 defender max limited. It's really an all weather machine. Been a cold spring here in Montana and we're the only ones out there ......cozy as a bug in a rug.

@@TxKiller yeah they were great. im in the panhandle so I called Jon and he said they would hold it for me so I drove over night. 2 other guys came in that had machines being held and he said that we all came much earlier than he thought we would but he got us all taken care of.

I love this model and wanted to get it, but I need a snorkel system. I wish they would have used a long driveshaft and kept the engine behind the cab. But I also understand that this model is super quiet and has the huge storage compartment, which is super cool! Looks like my only option for the longer bed is the Defender 6x6 with no rear diff lock. Great video!
Too bad this isn't offered in the XMR package. I certainly would have gotten one too!!

I am running 2018 Defender Texas Edition. I am in the same boat, I need to trade it in for a 2022 soon. Sharp looking.
I don’t know why some dealer ships have F folks over but it’s more and more common especially in the service dept
They are great machines.
The last dealer I went to was so bad they’re no longer able to sell can ams, owner and his sales guys should be in hiding….

It's such a shame finding a dealer that isn't complete garbage is so hard. Had to travel out of state where I'm at to find what I was after...

There really isn't a better vehicle for getting around on the lease than a buggy. But Holy crap our polaris ranger is broke down A LOT!! And we are not abusing it.

@@kirkmartin2223 Last night my good buddy Joey lost his trans on the Polaris 1000 “turf mode” drama.. Blew the entire casing out, that’ll be a few grand!
@@TxKiller we had an A arm come off.......yes come off as in broke the tabs off the frame after hitting a rut running across a road at 10mph. The rut was about half as tall as a curb on a residential street. And the brackets that the A-arms were mounted to had about 3/4" worth of tack weld on a 3" tab.
We've broke shifter handles.
Shifter cables
Axles of course
Ball joints
Belts
Clutches...primary and 2nd
Front differential
Sway bars
And this is on roads that I will and have driven in my pickup with a trailer!
We've replaced everything with properly designed parts and it's getting more reliable..... but Holy crap!
It's still the best "tool for the job" but polaris really dropped the ball on quality on the 2019 ranger crew. Something that expensive shouldn't break down EVERY deer season.
Joey is looking at close to 8k in repairs I'd guess.....if he can get parts! Front diff was 3,500 from polaris.

I didn’t see many, no under storage, inner axles stay locked, and two extra tires to replace 😅

Why would you tint the window in a hunting rig? It sux on because you lose visibility, especially at night!
Windows will be open when we’re scanning. We use this thing during the day as well, if you live in Texas you’ll know why!
