- In today's episode of farming life at la forge we are upgrading the tractor weight on the T7 to a 650kg Murphy precast weight ready for when dad goes discing for the whole crop silage. We are also getting the shed finished as dad is digging gravel up in the wood and I get to drive the digger for the first time.
Good video loved that sunset
It was nice 👌
Thank you for another interesting and enjoyable video
That weight block looks like a old TV 📺 Great video
Beautiful sunset Laura
Great video Laura and Declan

Glad you enjoyed it, thanks 👍
If you ever get the chance will you do video on your 8340 ..and if you have diet feeder could you show the way you work that also...great video again Laura great laught at your dog trying to jump in cab
We don't use the diet feeder anymore but we'll show the 8340 soon
Big wexford weight looks good not as skimpy as the other 😉
It sure does 👍
looks like he used a old television as the mould for the weight :) tidy weight
That could be the secret recipe!
Super looking concrete weight and a very compact unit.
Could it go on back of a tractor with front loader?
Keep the good work up
Thanks 👍 yeah he says it would fit on the back no bother
@@FarmingLifeatLaForge yes we use a similar Murphy concrete weight on both front and back of different tractors here in Wexford. All the products manufactured by Murphy Concrete are really well designed and produced.
Also is gravel expensive in France? Another excellent video Laura, keep up the good work 👏
that weight looks like an old TV set
Maybe but it looks good 👌
IfarmWefarm mentioned he uses a different brand now due to issues he was having. Might be worth seeing what he’s using.
So was Declan able to switch to the larger disc harrow ?
No he didn't in the end
About 14.5 hectares he's sowing.
Yeah, thanks! 😅
bypassing the adblue would be something a talented mechanic could easily do when a machine is out of warranty , not that i would highly recommend doing something like that
