Simple and Sinister is my bread and butter workout. I have benefited so much from it and I don't see a reason to stop. I am still working on getting to the Simple goal.
Thanks for all your videos. I workout with you every other day and my strength has increased 10 - 15 pounds depending on the exercise, in just 2 months. I am brad new to bells and I am 63 and I am LOVING kettlebells. Makes workouts fun again. Anyway, thanks Pavel.

I been training at home with kettlebells only for about 5 years now. Dont go to the gym anymore :)
