Hi Pavel, after few years doing kettlebells workouts at home, i was looking for a change and came across your channel, so i bought a 20kg kettlebell and started doing your workouts. I was enjoying your workouts so much but i have developed a golfer elbow in my left arm that forced me to suddenly stop my training. I reckon it was probably due to bad technique or because i went too heavy too early. Is there any advice you can share for this injury? I'm desperate to resume your workouts but after few weeks not doing any arm workout, the pain is still there when i do cleans and presses. Thanks
Pasha, Is this ok to do this type of workout every day for a 50yo woman? And another question.. I tend to walk 15K steps a day. Normally I like to do them in the morning before starting my day. However, I had a PT who told me to do cardio after strength workout. What do you think? Thank you!!🎉🙏
@@viktoriakireeva5860 I would recommend 4 strength workouts a week (enough time to recover and get stronger) This type of training would be good for both strength and endurance. You can add cardio if you enjoy it, but don’t have to. If the goal is fat loss, then would look in to diet and calorie deficit. If that’s not the goal, then I wouldn’t over stress about it. 15k steps is great. On point
