Welcome back adventurers!👋 We hope you enjoy one of our favourite rural Nevada towns and it's rich mining history! ⚒ We've been extremely busy working on outside projects and exploring remote areas of the southwest. As the year winds down, we hope to share a lot of exciting new places and check in on Lake Mead again soon! Thank you for being patient and for your continued support! 🤠✌

@@mojo.adventures Thank you for these videos! Reminds me of the time when I was stationed at China Lake, California: a continuum of life same arid semi desert. Over much of the terrain it seems that it has remained untouched since time immemorial.
I don't think I've seen any videos on this place. Amazing history lesson 😃
Coooool!
Thank you for this video!
Great videography and the narrative makes a fine geography and history lesson.
Thanks for checking out the video and I appreciate the feedback!
Great video and narrative! Thanks
Thanks for watching🤠
Pioche is a great little town, nice and nestled in the mtns. My grandparents, parents, uncle and his family, and I would all stay at the Mother Lode Motel, though it was a different name back then, after every Thanksgiving, and spend the weekend there and cut christmas trees. I always loved going to Pioche. The Historic Silver Cafe was always the place for breakfast and dinner. So good. Thank you very much for this video.
How cool is that! So much history around that area and the terrain is beautiful. Perfect place for Christmas Tree hunting! Pioche grows on us every time we go back now I start looking for land or old miners cabins when we're there. The elevation is pretty wild though and definitely makes for some unpredictable weather. I still haven't tried the Silver Cafe or Gunslingers, we keep missing them! I was told Silver is the oldest cafe left in Nevada... in all places of Pioche!
❤
I've never heard of this place, Wow Wee.
A lot of history hidden in these hills 🤠
Love your vacation/site seeing spots that you cover.
Thank you! We have a lot more places "off the beaten path" coming in the future👍
I can't remember if you guys have been to the town where there's a really old theater that a ballerina owned into her old age. I can't remember what the name of the town or theater was. 🤔
No but that definitely sounds interesting! 🤔 Makes me think of the Amargosa Opera House where they painted an audience on the walls. That was a singer though I think!
@mojo.adventures that sounds like the one I'm thinking of!
We definitely have footage of that place (the exterior at least!) Every once in a while they open up the Opera House for events but never when we're passing. That is such an interesting remote junction in the desert!
