    I tried this today morning, I added apple instead of bananas as I didn't have . I topped it up with almonds instead. It was so nice. I love your recipes so healthy & quick.

    Dear Ma'am,
    I am a regular viewer of your channel for last 6 months. From your channel only I got an idea about healthy cooking. I started using pink himalayan salt, iron, steel, glass and ceramic cooking utensils. Also tried many of your thyroid friendly recipies. I have been suffering from hypothyroidism and other related health issues for last 11 years and any other medical practitioner haven't advised to follow any special kind of food habits or to change the lifestyle. From your channel only I got an idea to research on glutens and dairy food components and its impact on auto immune diseases. I have a humble request, can you please do a video if you know anybody who had positive impacts after changing the food habits and lifestyle.     Hey Nisa, I tried this smoothie today but with a twist. Didn't have banana & Amla or Amla powder so gave it a skip. Instead used an apple & 3 soaked almonds, 2 each of cashews, pistachios, 3 black raisins & 5 brown raisins along with all other ingredients mentioned by you. It's yumm. Thanks for sharing ❤️

    Everyone blends banana with milk which is a bad combination as per ayurveda but some people doesn't add banana for our betterment ....but this recipe was rare, she replaced milk by water which was smart enough and healthy as well...Great Milestones ahead 😊

    Don't we need to strain the water that the oats has been soaked in? If we're soaking the oats to release phytates so that we don't ingest them, won't the water then contain phytates? Btw, great recipe. I'm excited to try this.

    I did this for the first time this morning. Currently I'm unable to have nuts and dates and forgot to add the amla and added honey and it was so good. Thanks for this recipe. Will definitely be making it again.

    I make my smoothi with peanut/ almond/ walnut butter.
    I also blend oats with green leafy vegetable with single fruit like banana/ strawberry/blueberris and cinnamon & lime juice. These are blend with Soya milk/ almond milk. It is a change. One can use diff combinations.

      Dates dint mix..how to ensure tat it fully mixes...and the drink was warm coz of the mixer and i dint add ice...wat do i do about that ?

      Some people believe in peeling it. But many nutrients and doctors says to eat soaked almonds with peel. My doctor asked me to eat it with peel. Almonds skin has Vitamin E and I don't find a reason to peel it off. Your choice, i eat it with skin.

      Avoid banana if diabetic. But if takej in the morning it Shldnt be aj issue i think... Durijf the say try ti drink a glass. Of corriander water ( voiked coreinader seeds) to reduce blood sugar... It helps :)

      No you you don't have cook oats to drink it..I'm from Jamaica and all our lives we drink oats in so many different ways... Most times we substitute it in place of a me
      My favorite way is.. Oats Guinness Stout. Can of Supligent shot of rum/wine vanilla cinnamon dash of almond nutmeg. You,ll see the oats start swelling up don't use a lot add as needed

    I believe Asian grocery you can find these great ingredients have been told where it is and will go get them and make this smoothie it looks very yummy and it's very healthy.i watch alot ofvyour videos I love them alot.thank you for shareing madame🙏🌹

    Healthy Smoothie: 3 tblespn Soaked 10min Rolled Oats+1 majoule dates +half cup +HALF CUP (warm) water+1/2 TEASPN cinammon powder+1 ripe banana+1TBLESP flaxseed+roasted pumpkin seed or roasted peanut or peanut butter + AMLA SEED POWDER OR 1 FRUIT
