There's a few good arcade games in this SNK collection (Beast Busters, Psycho Soldier, P.O.W, Ikari Warriors, Search and Rescue, Time Soldiers) as well as a good RPG for the NES, Crystalis.
9:02 "Ever onward to victory!" -- The Protagonist of Guerrilla war, Ernesto "Che" Guevara. (This game was based on the Cuban Revolution & The King in the western release? That's Batista in Japan.)
It's odd isn't it? No Neo-Geo representation at all with this collection. When I think of SNK the first series that comes to mind for me is Metal Slug. The ACA NEOGEO Selection Vol. 1 and 2 releases on the 12th of December with Metal Slug 4 & X included in the line up. I'm looking forward to checking them out.
Less known games deserve to be preserved and made available as well. Everybody knows Metal Slug, and they have already been packaged into a collection. That being said, they definitely should re-release the Anthology Collection on current systems and Steam...
This is more SNK being celebrated for it's pre-Neo Geo history, which is rich with games. Funny enough, they put an arcade game, and it's home port on this, T.N.K. III and Iron tank.
Go back to Metal Slug Anthology then. We never got these games on physical, and having it for the switch is awesome, especially Beast Busters. Love my zombie games

Ikari Warriors had that unique twist controller in the arcade, how well does that translate?

That game is SNK arcade classics Vol.0 from the PSP right? I think both have the same games 🤔 but the PSP game was released only in Japan
Vol. 0 is Japanese exclusive as far as I know. Although a lot of the games included are available in other SNK collections

It is kinda odd that it's all early arcade SNK games, even some famicom games by SNK- but theres always Metal Slug Anthology for the PS2

There are very few games that are worth it, and many of them are pretty mediocre. It is not worth the price they ask for it.
Calling these 25 arcade games mid is a crime, they are all classic and get to be respected

@@OscarPulido-s8g 2 of the games on here are NES games, Crystalis and Iron Tank (as well as TNK III, it's original arcade version).
