Why doesn't nintendo make a collection of their old school arcade games?? I haven't bothered with Nintendo since the NES but I'm pretty sure they never released one..

I wish Konami would release the previous PSP collections (Gradius Collection, Parodius Collection, TwinBee Collection) to current gen consoles, in physical form of course.

Interesting, but why give us Scramble again? Should have given us Gaiapolis, Lightning Fighters, Surprise Attack or Metamorphic Force.

I had this for the original switch and sold it. I still regret it. I loved Time Soldiers in the arcade. A game is good if you think about it hours after you play it. Xenophobe did the same thing to me.

If Nintendo can sell roms, then....

It's a mismatch of really great games and truly dreadful games!! It's only worth it for Gradus and its sequels

Just be warned that every single game in this collection is hard as balls. Modern bullet hell Shmups are way easier than these games. So know what you're in for before you buy this collection.

I wish they'd add Gradius 5 to the Switch

Bought it from the e-shop about a week ago along with the Contra one. Both were on sale for about $4. Great stuff. I dont see Gradius II much. (TG-16 mini). With the included book on each one and Japanese versions they are both awesome.

Time Soldiers is such an underrated game, I haven't seen this game in almost 4 decades. Brings back fond memories, thanks for uploading this!

Ironically, considering the channel name, this game isn't that cheap nowadays. Just bought a copy for around $95. Still worth it though.

Oh and this list… Instead of adding SUPER Street Fighter II: The New Challengers, they redundantly added Block Block on the list. Why do we need Block Block? That game belongs on the Capcom Puzzle World 5-in-1 collection for the PSP.

My only complaint about this list of games is the developers including the scaled-down Mega Drive/Genesis versions of arcade classics like *Altered Beast, Bonanza Brothers,* and *Virtua Fighter 2.* Instead of adding more acquired classics like *Revenge of Shinobi, Sonic 3 & Knuckles,* and *Streets of Rage I, II, & III.*

When you died on "TAC/SCAN" you had 9 ships in reserve that you could have used. Nice to finally see a video of this game where all 33 games are shown. Just about every other video only shows around 10 of the Genesis games & none of the arcade games. "TAC/SCAN" & "ZEKTOR" are the highlights of this collection at least for me. They both start out easy but after about 7 to 8 minutes of gameplay they become extremely challenging. My high score (so far) for both games are...313,500--ZEKTOR. 438,200--TAC/SCAN.

Really bad games to be honest. Maybe Ikari Warriors is ok the rest shit.

That game is SNK arcade classics Vol.0 from the PSP right? I think both have the same games 🤔 but the PSP game was released only in Japan

There's a few good arcade games in this SNK collection (Beast Busters, Psycho Soldier, P.O.W, Ikari Warriors, Search and Rescue, Time Soldiers) as well as a good RPG for the NES, Crystalis.

Ikari warriors is my childhood favorite game.

I can never get enough of the punch sound effect used in those old arcade beat em ups. The best.

Psycho Soldier! I loved that one, I'd wait till this drops to 19.99
