Yeah its possible but will be extremely complex to do and will risk dropping something in the head. Not worth the effort. Removing the bridge is way easier.
Do you know if a J35Y2 will work as a direct replacement for a J35Z3 on manual 8th gen accord using the 8th gen ecu? I ask because the heads were re-designed on the 9th gen accords.

No, the cam design between those engines is different. We actully have J37A2 & J37A4 Billet cams releasing before the year is over.
Hey sean how do you feel final drive upgrades on honda/acura transmissions?
Can be very beneficial to do if your looking to get a ratio that keeps you in your power band.

No lsd but we sell a final drive ring gear that allows you to install TL lsd into that transmission
