To look fit and trim, they keep her figure on track
Whether viewed from the front, or viewed from the back
Enchiladas and chips, were the meal of the day
They looked pretty "yum", the Cathy-made way
But looks don't tell all, plastic fruit looks good too
Same for McFibs, which s*ck though and through
But Cathy, I trust. She'd never deceive
If she says that they're great, in her taste I believe
The one thing I'll say, it's unlikely I'll buy it
It would totally screw up, my non-healthy diet
My six-pack's now twelve, and I don't give a hoot
My chick-magnet days......, well, let's just call that point moot

GIRL. You are 100% singing my song with your low carb/ keto reviews lately. I am really excited to see this review and to see what you do with them. And those were huge enchiladas! I can totally see making one enchilada and the rest chips. I need to try to find that cheese dip too! I would freaking LOVE to have chips and cheese dip again. i do the same thing with low carb tortillas and low carb pita sourced at Wally World....cut pita in half and make pocket , smear with home made mayo and load with any low carb filling of choice.... cheaper

Yes indeed, I just got that air fryer oven a few months ago, SO AMAZING!!! Wings are the best!! (cleaning up after air frying wings isn't horrible but more than other things lol).. We use it for everything now, including french fries from the freezer etc. The only Con we have is height, but we got some 12x12 pans to cook with and its wonderful.

Your comment about not liking stuff on your counter made me chuckle. My husband is the same way. I can't even have canisters on the counter. Since he does almost 100% of the cooking--I gave up the fight a long time ago.

Hey Cathy, thanks for the review. I apologize for the delayed response, We have been crazy busy. Since we have been doing more sensible food shopping to support my son's GI issues. We are discovering the large amount of no carb, no dairy, lactose free items available. Most taste decent. Also Red Robin has a interactive food menu for those with food allergies. You select your allergy and the menu will tell you what to eliminate from your choice of food. I thought it was pretty cool.

Try Joes flax bread! You get them from Walmart!!! There’s only 8 net carbs in one of the flax bread and you don’t have to wait for it to be delivered. Joes has 4 in a pack for like $2.97

Why in the world would I think of Tommy Chong when she rolled up that chicken in that tortilla, complete with the low rider theme rolling through my head? It’s a combination of Maui Waui and schnauzer. Yeah, my dog ate my stash man. That Ninja oven is awesome. In the other reviews I’ve seen, the color of the food browns so uniform all the way across. Pretty amazing. My mom gave me an old cast iron corn cob mold for cornbread. If you have something like that, I bet you couldn’t go wrong in that oven. Otherwise, a cast iron skillet would work too.

I have to try this. I love Naan bread ( Indian bread) for pizzas in my air fryer. Takes 8 minutes and much healthier.

@@2centchick you are very welcome. I spray a little olive oil on the crust and air fry it by itself at 400 degrees for 4 minutes so it will be crispy. Then I just add pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce and add the ingredients..then I drop the temperature down to 330 for 4-5 minutes until the cheese melts and browns a bit. I make these about once a week. They satisfy me and are much healthier than frozen or from pizza places. Hope you give it a try!

Also, re: the Ninja Air Fryer Oven thing, how large of a pan can you fit in there? We are using a Calphalon Quart Heat Convection Oven thing, which is great but really big. It does hold a 9X13 with no handles though. Do you know what the largest size pan is that can go in that one?
I love your low carb ideas me and my husband are always looking for low carb recipes. Meijers has a low carb tortilla shell. I don’t have the info on the original because i just finished it the other day but the spinach carbs are 15 with 11 fiber. I think the original is a single digit new carb

I have been doing keto because I am unable to digest anything with gluten and unable to digest any type of sugar. It is unfortunate that the bread and flatbread have wheat in it. I miss bread so much.
