    i’m at like week 16 and still not able to do any single leg jumping type exercises. any suggestions ?

      everyone's recovery is different, find a decent physio/physical therapist to guide you

    Do you have exercises for 60 and older I don't think 60 and older should be hopping and jumping around .

      Yeah these are more return to sport. It takes a bit of common sense from a clinician to prescribe the appropriate rehab for the person in front of them.
