My goal is to eventually compete in PCA but not sure where to start. I’d love to get fit, gain confidence and self discipline, replace bad habits with good.
This is amazing. So heartwarming to see the difference you made to him 🥺 You believed in him and this made him believe in himself. You can see the confidence now. Keep it up. This is your purpose 🦾
I'll put my ring in the hat....or flip that. 46yr old man, support worker for people with learning difficulties and recently single. Seeking to train around my 12hr shifts for strength and endurance and stay sober for me and my kids. Hopefully to whoever gets picked and the rest of the comments we all improve by trying. Stay hard or at least malleable .
Hey Ben. This really struck a cord with me. I have followed both you and Lucy for a few years now and have always felt inspired by your content. I’m a mum to a 2 year old little boy. Before having him I was always extremely petite without really trying. I have never been strong by any means but I was never conscious of my body. I did fitness before I got pregnant but never made much progress. After giving birth I am much stronger physically than I was but also have gained a significant amount of body fat. I had quite a traumatic birth and an emergency c section which has left my core quite weak and also some excess skin on my stomach. Since then I have tried to lose weight over and over again and I have never been able to stick to it. I actually have never really been able to stick to anything outside of the gym before. I really want to prove to myself and more importantly set an example to my son that you can do anything you set your mind to. I want to reach a point that is sustainable forever so that I can maintain my health and grow with him and hopefully beat him at sport for a good while 😂 I want to prove to myself that I have the mental strength to do any challenge moving forward. To take myself out of my comfort zone (I’ve never really jumped out of it) and to encourage myself to set big goals in the future. I would love to follow in your footsteps and set world records, do Ironmans, run an ultra and just be the coolest mum and role model
I’d love a one to one, I’ve recently put the pounds on after being fairly healthy! Getting comfortable and complacent. Recently left a good job to start my own business and struggling with the motivation to go gym and eat well. What a good video this was!
Hey my names Ashley I’m 26 and I’m from Essex! Nathan’s journey was nothing short of incredible and I’d strive to do half the good work he’s done. I have always hated my body from when I was around 14 years old. I was always very skinny and now after putting on almost 4 stone in weight I know I’m not big but I still hate my shape and have comments made weekly regarding my “fat”. I also struggle to do anything daily without feeling self conscious. To get dressed for work I feel uncomfortable in my clothes. To walk into a gym I feel weak. And on top of that I have been single for the best part of 10 years almost. I just want the chance to prove to everyone I CAN succeed in something for the first time in my life and I’m not a complete loser 😔
My why would be to stay injury free. I always somehow manage to put on a injury, which always takes me back to start. I want to get better at running and learn how to eat well for both running and weightlifting. And due to finances, I would looove this opportunity!!
What a class act lad! Well done to Nathan as well. We all start in the gym because we need to vent. We end up with PBs and friends. My daughter is my biggest motivation. I want o be able to be caught up with her energy at all stages of her growth. Be able to play with her with all the strength I know I can achieve. To be able to live a healthier fulfilling future where body and mind are ready for everything. And I know you would be able to help me with that. Very easily. I’ve followed both you and Lucy for so long, working with you would be an absolute pleasure.
Mate,I need this. I turned 40 last week. I'm the biggest (130kg) and unhealthiest iv ever been. I have to kneel down to put my socks on these days! Iv gone from running anything from 10ks to 2 marathons to being in this position. My blood pressure is now high (very high) and I genuinely fear I won't make 50 at this rate. Iv finally fot a beautiful wife who is unreal.and 3 kids and I want to be there for them but I can't get motivated and dont know where to start. It is our 1st wedding anniversary 15th Jan and I'd love to get in much better shape and frame of mind by then as starting point then have a massive year. I need to save my life and I need a right kick that this would bring. Please help. I'll not let you down!. Love your content and realness. Big love. X
What a transformation, Going to keep it short, I’d love to do a transformation I’ve been in the same mindset recently after trying in the gym and just not having the motivation as I’ve had no guidance of how to train and the best way to eat and sustain discipline! Whoever gets this you will be transformed well!
This is really nice of you do for us and for Nathan. He actually looked so much happier and confident. I’ve wanted to work with you and Lucy for a long time now, I am just not in the right financial situation. I would love to do this with you! My why would be to stay healthy, mobile, and strong as I age. Two years ago I was the heaviest I have ever been at 186lbs, I have since lost weight down to 165 but can’t break past that point no matter what I try. Also recently 2 people in my family have had heart surgery and another 2 people in my family a couple years before that. I don’t want to fall into heart disease and would like to avoid as many complications as I can. I have a family to look after and I would like to be here as long as I can and be as healthy as I can be. You and Lucy have been an inspiration and even if this doesn’t work out, I will hopefully reach out to you one day ready to go. 💪🏼
Hi Ben, I’ve been going to the gym on and off for about 5 years but never had a massive amount of progress! I’ve just come out of a 7 years relationship that ended out of nowhere and am feeling quite down and want to try and transform my body so that I can feel a bit better about myself and start to find some self love! I live all the work you do and would love some proper help so that I can achieve what I would like to, keep doing what you’re doing you’re smashing it ❤️
Hats off to you and Nathan for putting in the hard work. This was so good to see and just shows what having someone in your corner and the accountability can do to someone's whole life!
Ahhhh I so wish I could put forward for this 12 week program with you but I’m always miles away from everyone offering these things! I’m 28, Female and 14st, have yo-yo’d my whole life but specifically over the last two years I’ve gained a lot of weight from having two children. Especially them being so close in age my body has taken a huge hit with both fatigue and weight gain. I’ve just joined a gym for the first time in my life but I just can’t get myself to go in, it feels so daunting and I have no idea what I’m doing! That fear of looking silly not knowing what I need to do or how to use things correctly really holds me back! But one step at a time, I’ve joined which is huge for me. Now just need to get my arse in there 😂 thank you for doing this for Nathan and whoever is next, it’s life changing honestly x
Love this. Proper motivating. Currently trying to change myself for the better at the moment. Let myself go last year and got up to 105kg.. had a daughter this year and decided I need to be the best version of myself for her.
Hey Benji ur videos really inspire me as I'm not happy with the look or fitness of my body and I've tried to go to the gym multiple times I just never know what to do and end up loosing interest but I believe with your help I'll stay dedicated and see a better me
This is an awesome video, Ben. This level of attention and support isn't often provided. I made great progress whilst working with you and have seen many other people reap the rewards of your coaching. Keep up the great work!
Such a good video! I want to get stronger and healthier for my future and for my kids, proper dropped off the cliff with the gym so struggling to get back to it
Hi Ben this really hit a cord not with myself but with my son he’s an amazing young man and Nathan reminded me so much of him He would be blown away if you could help him he will probably be mad at me but am his mum xx
I tried to lose weight 2 months ago went from 114kg to 106kg but then lost all my motivation. Really want to look in the mirror and smile instead of scowling 😂. Think that if I had this opportunity I could turn into a beast. Love your work mate and stay blessed
Hi Benji, I hope you're doing well. I've been an avid follower of your socials and your holistic approach to fitness has truly resonated with me. I'm 18 years old and currently on a gap year, and I am leaving for Australia in 14 weeks. I'm eager to fully utilize this time to better myself physically and mentally. Despite training consistently for the past two years, I find myself stuck in the 'skinny fat' category and have struggled to make any significant progress. I believe that this plateau is due to a lack of professional guidance, and that's where you come in. I'm confident that embarking on a 12-week transformation journey under your expert supervision would be the perfect way to kickstart my fitness journey. I understand that it will be challenging, but I am committed to making a change. I truly believe that your coaching style aligns perfectly with my fitness needs and goals. I would be incredibly grateful to possibly working together on this transformative journey. ❤️📈
Hi Ben, your journey to get into running fell at the exact time mine did and I followed your route to the London marathon religiously. I’m hybrid with my fitness and love running and lifting equally. What my goal is? - For me I have a goal to make my gym workouts as simple and effective as possible and my running capability to be maximised. Would love to challenge this in a 12 week plan with you 🙌🏼 What my why is? - when people tell me I’m doing too much, but I never think there is a ceiling to capability. I do it all for me. All the best 🙌🏼
What Nathan said at the end hit home for sure 🫶 I would love to work with you, I've dipped in & out of training the past 3 years. I lose focus, lose discipline & motivation which leads to binge eating and self deprivation, depression, anxiety and I'm back to avoiding mirrors again 😢 its a constant cycle. My why - to fall in love with moving my body again and in turn, love myself, quite possibly for the first time in 20 years, build muscle and improve my health which will improve my mental health ❤️❤️
Great video it's nice to see people helping each other out. Sometimes you just never know what someone is going through mentally. I need to change the way I look I need to lose weight I've gone up to 16stone which is the heaviest I've ever been. But also been through a lot in the last 6 years. So blocked a lot out and worked as much as I can.
Great video Ben. I’m a 19 y/o male, I have been training on and off for a few years now. My current goals are to gain weight/muscle to fill out my tall/slim ish build. I unfortunately picked up a pretty bad injury in my Trapezius 23 weeks ago at the gym and still in recovery, I’ve struggled getting back to full training and think it would be a good way to regain strength and size with a 12 week transformation 💪🏻
Hi Ben, been a massive fan for years now! I love the support you offer this community. My goal is to lose a bit of weight (especially around my stomach) and tone up. Me and finance have a wedding in May 2024 and I want to be able to feel amazing for that day so your help would be huge 🙏🏼 Thank you
How are we la? Currently sitting at 319lbs, recently had a health check done with major alarms bells ringing around blood pressure and cholesterol. My way is a pretty simple one, I don’t want to die! Probably sounds a bit dramatic but there is nothing like a Dr telling you if you don’t get a grip, you’re probably going to have a heart attack in the next 12 months! I’m incredible at helping others, but i’m not so incredible at looking after myself. Childhood trauma led to 20 years of abuse to my body and mind, i’ve got a grip on the mind, now I desperately need to get a grip on the body. I need help
Loved this video Benji, it makes me so excited to get back into a routine! I have been travelling for 10 months and have 3 months to go. Training and nutrition has not been optimal and now I feel like I have fallen off the bandwagon and can‘t get back on. I would love to work with you to get that jump start, however I do live in Australia 😅 My sisters wedding is in about a year‘s time and I would love to be feeling and looking like a better version of my old self again for such a special occasion and life in general!!
I love these type of Videos, from going from a young man trying to better improve himself to getting the routine, structure and guidance of someone who understands how to help someone achieve their target no matter of weight, size and gender. I’ve watched you and Lucy for a while, being so Motivating towards your average person like myself. Back in 2018 I made the change started the gym at 18 Stone over the course of a year dropped to 14 stone and felt amazing in myself, more confidence, wearing things I would of never dreamed of and put myself out there. I started running on c25k which I could never do as was always the fat kid in school. To running a few half marathons, mutiple 5k, 10k, tough mudders etc. To then starting university in 2019, having placements, working throughout the pandemic and uni work, assignments and exams and lack of motivation put the weight slowly back on over the last few years despite multiple efforts to get back to the gym, run again my times getting slower made lack of motivation even harder to find. To finishing uni starting my full time job as a paramedic and recently been suffering with my mental health. I’m back at group coaching sessions 3 times a week, started the c25k again so running around 2/3 a week and walking most days to improve steps. The weight loss is the thing I struggle with the most, I’ve been given macros, it seems a lot of cals for myself which I struggle to eat and hit my protein goals. My why would be how can I preach to people in the community about improving Their health and fitness when I’m overweight myself. I would like to feel better in my skin, shed a few stone eventually and love myself again. By also improving my cardiovascular health via running learning to fall back in love with it and to build muscle and strength I’d love to be an all around hybrid individual. Ino my main issue for non weight loss is my nutrition but I’m Unsure how to change it to see positive results. Plus being a fellow scouser how can one not love you guys apart from your taste in football clubs haha 😂 anyway bitterness aside whoever gets this amazing opportunity take it with two hands, embrace the journey and find yourself.
I absolutely fell what this guy feels I got bullied for years cuz of my weight I was almost 14 stone in lockdown and over the space of about 2 years I lost 3 to 4 stone and fell so much better
I want to lose body fat and get healthier to help me be a better father, so I can keep up with my kid as he’s growing up and be a dad he can be proud of
Hi Benji, class from you here, I’ve been in and out of the gym for years, due to injuries and mental health the last couple of years I’ve been really inconsistent. Looking to drop a couple stone and get back feeling comfortable
I am currently 4 years trying for a baby with my husband and may now require IVF but need to loose over a stone in weight , already started but finding it difficult to stay consistent with my diet. I train around 3 - 4 times a week and now challenging myself to start running again.
Yo Ben I’m been going to the gym for about a year and half now I’ve lost in total probably around 40 lbs in weight and dropped 10% body fat My new goal is to drop down to around 10% body fat sitting at a comfortable 85-90kg currently 17% body fat and last time I weighed myself I was 83kg . While also adding on muscle but finding it difficult with nutrition due to me being a student and not knowing what to eat
I’m a young kid (14) trying to build muscle and tone but not allowed protein powder, I’ve been put down since joining high school saying I’m weak and being pushed about but I want to make a change to that I started the gym 3 months ago and seen some improvement George
Hi, ld love be considered. I'm 23yo who put on weight at uni and for the past year my weight is the only thing I think about and it's draining. I lost 4kg at the beginning of the year but since then I've been in a rut of no improvement. My work is stressful and I work 11 hour shifts and often turn to eating to make myself feel better. I pushed myself to run a half marathon a month ago and it was one of the hardest things I've ever done. But it's made me more determined to find new ways of pushing my body to the limit. I want to see how far I can really push myself and what I can achieve. I've recently started trail running which massively helps my mental health, but now I'm obsessed with wanting to run further and further. At the minute I need to shift some weight to take some load of my legs.... I also play football and wanted to get stronger to improve my game. I've decided it's now or never with my fitness. I move to Australia in a year and I want to move over there the most fit I have ever been, and learn to love and appreciate my body. I'm ready to make a change.
My goals are to lose weight and build muscle My why is because my body is affecting me mentally and I have been bullied since primary school and I don’t have enough knowledge about the gym to do a transformation on my own.
Ive already lost 244.5lbs since sept 22, id like the opportunity to work with you to now build muscle and strength in a bit to fill some the space left causing saggy skin!
I have tried several times, but always failed. Looked at myself in the mirror and started again, but failed again. I think I need someone to really kick my ass, so I can man up and get it done. At the time my weight is around 110kg and 36/38 waist, but would love to be around 80kg and 33/34 waist.
I've just turned 27 and I'll be honest in saying I've lived a really lazy life. I'm getting myself together and started university and trying my best to stick to the gym but consistency is something I've struggled with. I've started calorie counting but finding the right stuff to eat is hard (everything is just junk food). I'm wanting to start practicing muay thai and attended a few classes but found my stamina level to be extremely poor so I had to drop out. I have asthma and pectus excavatum so these two things hold me back a lot. My why is because I'm sick of living a life where I'm not disciplined enough to stick to anything. Having someone there to help push me and help with accountability would be something I need
Hi Ben hope your well. Would love to do a 12 week transformation. My big why is because I’m an ex sprinting and long jump athlete and unfortunately had to stop due to injury and ever since then things have really gone down hill, I struggle massively to put on weight and feel as if I’m in a calorie deficit all the time even if I don’t get a chance to work with you, if you could possibly give me some tips I’d be very grateful.
Amazing transformation that, fair play on taking a punt on a stranger whose life you have changed. I have tried for years to hit these goals and to motivate myself in the gym is a nightmare, ive tried all silly fad diets which dont work because i dont have the correct nutrition or ill think by eating way under my calories will help but it doesnt i just fall off the wagon. Putting clothes on and they dont fit anymore is a killer
Hi. Just watched this and thought how amazing, then even more amazing was the end when you offered to subscribers. I'm 55,nearly 56 in November. I'm struggling after 2 back ops to get my mind right and back to training. I'm in South Africa and have worked with an amazing personal trainer, but since my last back op in February of this year, I haven't gone back to training. I'm nervous of heavy lifting and compressing my spine ...I cannot go through another op! But, I'm frustrated at the spongy, menopausal body I'm seeing in the mirror. It's just not me. I have no idea how to get back into training, I know stuff in theory...or I think I do...but just cannot implement it. It would be amazing to get help from someone who doesn't know me, doesn't assume my limitations and will push when needed. I'm really ready to jump back in 110% . Thank you for taking the time to read my message.
This video really hit me deep Ben I am 16 turning 17 soon I play cricket as a profession I’m tryna make it pro in cricket my focus is just to have a good and strong body have good fitness for my support which will help my performance and will give me and advantage in trials for county teams if u could help me it would be very appreciated thanks you
This video touched my heart deeply. Witnessing such selfless acts fills me with warmth and hope. Over time, I've been an avid follower of both yourself and Lucy, and I must express how truly inspiring you both are. Regarding the questions in the video, my goals are twofold: 1. I aim to enhance my self-esteem. In my professional capacity as a qualified psychiatric nurse, I understand what it takes to boost self-esteem in others. However, when it comes to supporting myself, I've always struggled. Childhood experiences of bullying due to my weight have left a lasting mark on my self-esteem and self-worth. My battle with weight fluctuations has been a constant companion, leading me through various diets and even a dark period of bulimia lasting nearly four years. At my lowest point, I even contemplated suicide due to self-loathing. 2. I aspire to regain control over my relationship with nutrition and exercise. I've never felt in control of my dietary choices, and this isolation weighs heavily on me. I'm seeking the close support and guidance required to break down these barriers, holding me accountable and ultimately transforming my perspective on food and exercise. My 'why' is a simple yet profound one-my daughter. As she grows, it becomes increasingly evident that she's mirroring my younger self. I refuse to let her inherit my self-hate and insecurities. I'm determined not to pass on my own traits to her. This is why I'm committed to taking action, to shield her, allowing her to grow up loving herself and becoming a confident young individual.
This is what the fitness community should be about 🙌🏼
Good on him. Looking well
LOVE THIS!!!!
Total body transformation......and because I've lost my why
You have really changed this lads life, hats off to you 👏

Great video, as someone who also loves training. This motivates me to lose the weight I’ve promised myself that I’d lose…
Would love to challenge this in a 12 week plan with you 🙌🏼
What my why is? - when people tell me I’m doing too much, but I never think there is a ceiling to capability. I do it all for me.
All the best 🙌🏼
What Nathan said at the end hit home for sure 🫶
I would love to work with you, I've dipped in & out of training the past 3 years.
Hi benji
Trying to get bigger and stronger suffered with mental health in the past and lost a lot of weight and hated the way I looked
Oh this made me really happy!

I love these type of
Videos, from going from a young man trying to better improve himself to getting the routine, structure and guidance of someone who understands how to help someone achieve their target no matter of weight, size and gender.
I’ve watched you and Lucy for a while, being so Motivating towards your average person like myself.
Back in 2018 I made the change started the gym at 18
Stone over the course of a year dropped to 14 stone and felt amazing in myself, more confidence, wearing things I would of never dreamed of and put myself out there.
Ino my main issue for non weight loss is my nutrition but I’m
Unsure how to change it to see positive results.
Plus being a fellow scouser how can one not love you guys apart from your taste in football clubs haha 😂 anyway bitterness aside whoever gets this amazing opportunity take it with two hands, embrace the journey and find yourself.
Lovely lad. The both of you. New sub here this is the kind of stuff YT should be filled with
I absolutely fell what this guy feels I got bullied for years cuz of my weight I was almost 14 stone in lockdown and over the space of about 2 years I lost 3 to 4 stone and fell so much better

I love this, so inspiring!!
To gain a healthy weight so that I’m more confident and become a strong baddie like your wife !
Yo Ben
I’m been going to the gym for about a year and half now I’ve lost in total probably around 40 lbs in weight and dropped 10% body fat
My new goal is to drop down to around 10% body fat sitting at a comfortable 85-90kg currently 17% body fat and last time I weighed myself I was 83kg . While also adding on muscle but finding it difficult with nutrition due to me being a student and not knowing what to eat
I’m a young kid (14) trying to build muscle and tone but not allowed protein powder, I’ve been put down since joining high school saying I’m weak and being pushed about but I want to make a change to that I started the gym 3 months ago and seen some improvement
George
He looks so different in the face! Would love an update on how things going so far
Im quite a skinny guy 5,10 want to get slightly bigger and be ripped to just improve myself
My goals are to lose weight and build muscle
My why is because my body is affecting me mentally and I have been bullied since primary school and I don’t have enough knowledge about the gym to do a transformation on my own.

wow 😍😍😍😍😍
Ask Nathan if he can take on lukaku now..he once said he could 🤣
6:00 he is unrecognizable!
My big why is because I’m an ex sprinting and long jump athlete and unfortunately had to stop due to injury and ever since then things have really gone down hill, I struggle massively to put on weight and feel as if I’m in a calorie deficit all the time even if I don’t get a chance to work with you, if you could possibly give me some tips I’d be very grateful.
single cable lat pulldowns are so stupid if you are using those handles, just put the handles on the dual pulley ones
This video really hit me deep Ben
I am 16 turning 17 soon I play cricket as a profession I’m tryna make it pro in cricket my focus is just to have a good and strong body have good fitness for my support which will help my performance and will give me and advantage in trials for county teams if u could help me it would be very appreciated thanks you
What was his macro ratio
This video touched my heart deeply. Witnessing such selfless acts fills me with warmth and hope. Over time, I've been an avid follower of both yourself and Lucy, and I must express how truly inspiring you both are.
Regarding the questions in the video, my goals are twofold:

Looks the same to me tbh
The irony is, he looks better than you. You act as some sort of saviour, to satisfy your own ego. It's purely ego building.
Thank you for helping me realise this 🙏🏼
