Darryll Stinson I just went to the bottom of this video’s comment section and sort of regret it. There are some hateful people out there but you… I appreciate you. Saw your talk about rejection and reframing it. Oh my gosh anyway. I try and remember that the most hateful among us are afraid. And I try to give them love and kindness. But sometimes I cannot rise above and I just cannot tolerate intolerance and that hatefulness. Maybe because I’ve had too much of it in my life. I don’t know 🤷♀️ what I do know is that my strength is often made of the weakness I refuse to show the world. I think it’s that way a lot of the time for a lot of people. I wonder if it’s that way with the hatful and intolerant.
I am going through break up, I started working out, reading, jogging and going in-wards. Every day I read out loud this text from Dune, like a praying. "I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past, I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain." Basically I am working o releasing what I cannot control, use key motos, go and jogg in places where there is nature and quiet, read something that you really like. I am feeling better by the day, every time I have bad thoughts I put myself into question, hate(fear) is fuel for the pain and if you let it take hold it festers like a disease. Cut off social media, resist the temptation of cheking the other person, she will call you and you must not put yourself(emotionally) into the memento, practice stoicism and love yourself.

It's so tough :( I didn't just loose my girlfriend. I lost my best friend for the last 20 years. I lost the mother of my daughter. I lost my family. I lost our dreams. And I get to know that I was the one who did it. I'm the one who took the decision. I still loved her then, but we just couldn't find the same path. We kept going in opposite directions and there was friction every day. I missed her almost every day after moving out. Now she's moved on. I still miss her. So what did I do?! Why didn't I fight harder for us. Why did I let it slip. I hate me for destroying our fantastic family :(.

My fist hit the face of my ex in the form of bailing out of a trip that we planned together because i was scared of traveling, scared of being homesick. After her heart was torn from a broken promise, it was all downhill, we exchanged blows in the form of neglect, and emotional and physical abandonment because i would prioritize other things before her. If you love somebody, snap out of the selfishness, explore new things, on the other side is greatness. I may never be able to explore the greatness in the lost relationship. But maybe you will read this and can save yourself.

My fist hit the face of my ex in the form of bailing out of a trip that we planned together because i was scared of traveling, scared of being homesick. After her heart was torn from a broken promise, it was all downhill, we exchanged blows in the form of neglect, and emotional and physical abandonment because i would prioritize other things before her.
