Very talented musician for sure but there's absolutely no doubt that she had Kurt killed.. between her affiliation with Allen Wrench, the handwriting samples found in her bag attempting to mimic Kurt's writing style, the PI she hired becoming convinced it was her. I used to want to believe it was a suicide and closed my mind to the possibility that it was murder but once I opened my mind and looked at the evidence there was no other conclusion to be found.
I am 16 and was a massive Nirvana fan, read books about Kurt was truly fascinated by him and I heard about Hole through him (obviously because I sort of missed the 90s). My first reaction was to find out who Love was and I thought if the man I idolised married and had a child with her then she must be awesome, so I checked her out and I love her. Hole are awesome. I don't know why Nirvana fans hate her so much!
This is a beautiful song she sang for Kurt. It makes me wanna cry. I can't really cry. Anyway. God bless Mrs. Love/ Cobain . She did not kill him she spent her time trying to save him . in different ways. Perfect? No. Are any of you? No. Xoxo
Lyrically and vocally, Courtney is powerful, raw emotion. There's such a softness about her really, so I can see why she acts the way she does. By soft, I don't mean weak either - she's probably one of the strongest women around to deal with everything she does. And she's got a wicked sense of humour. I'll always love her & Hole. I found them when I was a teenager and still if I'm sad at night, I'll listen to them for a few hours and feel alright again.
i have mixed emotions about her as a person but we will never know the truth.. i have always loved her no bullshit attitude & her song writing is great. i'll never forgive her holding onto Kurts last songs while playing them at her live shows!
God I feel sorry for this woman. Imagine losing the father to your child and having the world blame you because they like a few songs he wrote. Courtney is a true success story from life’s disparity x
she is a survivor and fighter. She always inspired me to keep on and not give up. She basically saved my life. With her music and her presence and her energy.
@@babayaga5736 Evidence? I don't see much evidence. She once said she feels responsible for his death but that is a typical reaction to the death of a loved one.... we always tend to blame ourselves thinking maybe if we had been better in some way they wouldn't have died. In the end, Kurt chose to take drugs and become a heroine addict and he acted foolishly. Everyone loves Kurt but he has no one to blame but himself for his poor choices in life.

Courtney Love lacked the love of her parents, so I agree her childhood wasn't the best. But to even try and compare hers to Kurt's is laughable. She grew up privileged, a trust fund baby, who never struggled like Kurt did in her life. He didn't even have a solid place to live. Courtney at the age of only 18 could've literally bought the house Kurt grew up in with her trust fund money.
And the way she belts it out live with that unbelievable passion, like it's the only thing keeping her alive. really just... otherworldly. I can't put it into words. The power in her words is indescribable.
This is my favorite song and a really good song for people to listen to who are grieving, as it really captures the sense of loss that comes with losing loved one. Apple tells me it is my most played song and listening to it non stop helped me get through the unexpected death of my father over a decade ago, and I still listen to it often.
No matter what you say abour Courtney, that she was rude, a drug addict, deranged, a lit fuse, say anything. But never say she's not talented as hell, cause she clearly is and this song a masterpiece.
Me too 💔 one of my close friends killed himself not long after this came out and I used to play it in my car screaming the lyrics and sobbing because it really hit home. So much passion in this song.
They were both already musicians by the time they got together. A lot of Nirvana fans believe it was Kurt who wrote most of Hole's album Live Through This, because they do not want to believe Courtney could have done such an amazing record alone. I think they are both talented musicians who contributed to and inspired each others music appropriately.
Courtney has a very distinct and different kind of beauty that I always admired in the 90’s when I was younger. Hole helped me to survive middle school in the mid 90’s.
This is one of the most moving songs I've heard over the past 10 years. I really put it up there of all the great song performances that I always come back to. Haunting, beautiful, great lyrics and tone overall. No matter what anyone says about Courtney Love, her ups and downs, she killed this song. I love her for it and always hope the best for her.

Lived across the road from Courtney's sister just outside Olympia back in the mid 80's. Wish I could share all the stories. Courtney has not put a false foot forward in so many years. She's very real and her lyrics are brilliant explaining the hurt and suffering she still experiencing. I love the honesty.
This band was important to me. I'm glad I gave them a listen from time to time. She probably toughened me up a little, even. But there wasn't much in the 90s foretelling what was ahead. This past 24 years have been tough, too.

Beautiful.
My favorite by them💝
Courtney has not put a false foot forward in so many years. She's very real and her lyrics are brilliant explaining the hurt and suffering she still experiencing. I love the honesty.
Great song. Makes me think of Patti.
One of my favorite song of all time.
Great Song, I just love it
This band was important to me. I'm glad I gave them a listen from time to time. She probably toughened me up a little, even. But there wasn't much in the 90s foretelling what was ahead. This past 24 years have been tough, too.
This is a beautiful powerful song 💘
I love you Steven harrold. You are. My northern star ❤
