Some months ago I shared one of your videos to a fitness group and I was ridiculed people were saying things like "who do I think I am"...I'm not an athlete etc. Well I took it all and I'm no quitter to when someone step up to me. I had it out with the group administrators and they kicked me out. Yeah things happen but here I am still supporting cause I know truth and an expert when I see it. Keep doing you bro. Bless up!

For a General Pop part time fireman would you for the DE Part of the workouts suggest a explosive Strength AND a Speed Strength exercise like mentioned in the Video ? Or would you change between both in 3 week cycles ?

good video, as I train 3 x 2 hour sessions a week. Training earlier in the day can effect my training later on so will give this a go

3rd day. They would likely have to replace the squats and deadlifts
